### 1/5 — They are incredibly greedy

*2026-07-31, version 1.1.9*

They are incredibly greedy; did you know that their cost for slow Level 2 charging is 49 cents—which is more expensive than Tesla Supercharging?

### 3/5 — The “End Charging Session” Button is badly positioned!

*2026-07-07, version 1.1.9*

The “end charging session” is badly designed and positioned. It spans nearly the entire width of the screen directly above the iPhone’s home gesture area, making it far too easy to accidentally end a charging session while simply trying to swipe up and leave the app. A consequential action like this should have a confirmation prompt, be positioned farther from the home indicator, or at minimum not occupy almost the entire bottom edge of the screen. This is an easily preventable usability problem.

### 1/5 — Terrible quality, no maintenance team

*2026-06-21, version 1.1.8*

The plug is severely broken… its unlock button is damaged and they have no maintenance guy… don’t know how to get out…

### 1/5 — Lots of bugs

*2026-05-03, version 1.1.6*

Apple Pay, despite it being available in the app, doesnt work at all, with any card. Apple sends back a failure message.
Then after you have finished charging, you get a notification at the top of your screen, over an hour later that your charging session is still running. Serious lack of testing before release.

### 1/5 — Wrongfully charged

*2026-05-01, version 1.1.6*

My subscription start from April 1st to May 1st . I charged my car around 11:20 pm on April 30th and end my session at 12:00am on May 1st.
Guess what? They charge my account when it supposed to be free.
They said if my session ended at April 30 at 11:59 pm, then it’s free. But if my session ended on May 1st at 12:00am, I still have to pay for it.

The problem is my plan start from 12:00 am April 1st and End May 1st at 12:00am

I ended my session on May 1st at 12:00am and get charged to my account.

lol

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-01-16, version 1.1.2*

The app was not able to talk to Apple Pay. On top of that, the chargers themselves were very slow once I eventually got it working.

### 1/5 — NEVER WORKS

*2025-12-03, version 1.1.2*

Don’t even bother using these chargers or downloading the app – they literally never work!

### 1/5 — Unreliable/Slow Charging

*2025-09-22, version 1.1.1*

There are no fast chargers, the few machines which are considered fast in KWh are actually slowed down , not worth the subscription for $50 for the hassle and inconvenience of use. Most terminals max out at 80%

### 2/5 — Always broken

*2025-09-18, version 1.1.1*

The app is fine. Unfortunately it is connected to a network of chargers that are consistently out of service. I used to be a subscriber but canceled because it was too hard to find a charger that actually worked. Another undependable charging network. Dang.

### 1/5 — No strict rules!

*2025-09-10, version 1.1.1*

They can’t manage the issue of non-EVs parking at EV chargers, so they should focus on stricter implementation, like partnering with local businesses such as LA Fitness in Foothill Pasadena.
