This app is almost useless. Trying to get the charger running again is a huge pain. The app is confusing and gives error messages that don’t help. Also the charger was charging at level 1 yet the app said it was charging at level2. The station itself, once properly set up functions perfectly. Also, a full-screen interface would be nice for when I’m not viewing this on my phone. ### 3/5 — Needs another way to pay *2025-11-30* I was staying at a hotel that required using this app to pay for charging. Unfortunately, the only way to pay is to give a credit card number and then build up a prepaid balance. Since I’ve never heard of this company before and figured I’d never use it again, this was a bit annoying. It would be really nice if the app allowed you to post to pay with Apple Pay or something. Since I didn’t want to give my credit card number out yet again (for a service I’ll probably never use again) I ended up not charging at all. ### 4/5 — Borne marche bien mais l’appli et la fonction smart home sont terribles *2025-07-18, version 2.9* Audébut, Incapable d’ajouter ma borne dans l’app et de me lier à Hilo ensuite. Le service à la clientèle est toutefois exceptionnel. Ajout: Après deux mois d’utilisation, la déconnexion est très fréquente, peut-être ajouter Face ID… Une petite refonte de l’application serait apprécié avec tout les commentaires reçu… j’ai un peu l’impression que j’utilise une application abandonnée… 3/5 Merci! ### 4/5 — Bonne appli *2025-02-10, version 2.8* Je recharge mon véhicule en copropriété avec cette appli et ça fonctionne à merveille. Très facile de lancer et contrôler sa recharge. C’est bien fonctionnel. Peut être qu’une interface un peu revue pourrait faire du bien à l’expérience utilisateur mais globalement c’est déjà très bon. Juste une suggestion: pour les recharges de nuit (quand on ne pourra pas finir une recharge manuellement) il sera apprécié de pouvoir gérer les heures de charges au 1/4 d’heure et pas à la demi heure pour éviter des frais inutiles.
