Selling China made items and tarnishing the image built over the years and the impact on the consumer when the app support and customer care support is rubbish, is astonishing.
Hopefully you will better of, giving proper support, if not wind up, shattered with experience of doing business with Godrej 😮😮

Unable to connect with the cctv camera, when phone is disconnected from WiFi network and connected to mobile data, please rectify this. 
I’m using iPhone 7 & iPhone 10x
Trying to get some one over the customers care centre, waiting time over 2 hrs and still unable to speak with someone, too bad

Very very unreliable device.. Connectivity hardly works at all.. the very purpose of having a camera is defeated.. wanted to capture who was creating havoc on an empty plot outside.. but next day the can had not recorded at all.. when I try to disconnect and re connect, it says connectivity issue despite full wifi and power availability.. extremely disappointing considering I wanted to try an India made device!
