I had to listen in the browser instead. It only registered that I paid once I closed the app and reopened. ### 4/5 — Cool app but.. *2025-01-03* The app is cool. This app crashes, loses my music, asks me to sign in repeatedly. Had to sign up again with the same info on its request, now I can’t enter in the same details as I did before, eg. Username. Paid and had access to the songs and then the app logged me out. I go log back in with the exact same credentials and Even had me create a new account. I used the exact same credentials and now I’m looking at a new account and have no access to the songs I paid the artist for. I went to their support and it is now sending me in circles between the app and their actual website support. Neither of the their support people have been helpful and I still don’t have access to the content I paid for. Save your time and money cause this app is trash. ### 1/5 — Unable to Play Across Devices *2025-04-01* I’m glad I was able to support the artist with the option to pay for the music but I’m highly disappointed that an app such as this does not support listening on Echo or Google Home devices. Stops, wont play gets stuck. Do better ### 3/5 — Essential Problems *2025-04-17* This app shows great promise for the platform. However, when you try to buy an artist’s music through the app—even when signed in—it redirects you to your web browser, where you have to sign in again just to complete the purchase. This process becomes even more frustrating when the artist has their EVEN link in their Instagram bio or elsewhere. It turns into a hassle—especially for an emotionally driven fan who might be in the perfect moment to support, possibly even under the influence, and that small inconvenience kills the vibe. Think about how many times you were ready to buy something online, but one annoying step stopped you. Maybe you left it in the cart, forgot to come back, or had time to overthink and ended up not buying at all. EVEN, this needs to be fixed ASAP.
