They’ve been deleting reviews on their IG posts. They write realistic Reddit reviews with an agency. Hopefully here, Apple will not let them take it down. Here’s what happens. Their sales people will talk about benefits that sound too good to be true. And the moment you use benefits worth 2-3k, they will find random reasons to not fulfil it - one being adding pre-existing conditions. This is dangerous because it goes on your history. To the it’s cost saving but for you there will be a condition on your record that you did not even have. And say you’re ever hospitalised, you’ll end up shelling money from your own pocket just because you made the mistake of buying their plan once. Their business model can survive only if they do this. Otherwise they will go in huge losses. And they will not give any reason for adding pre-existing condition to your profile. They’ll just say our team has evaluated. I’m suffering and I truly hope that you don’t. My money went in drain. I paid some 11k and I cannot use any of their services. I could’ve have used less than 11k on my OPD and blood test and still saved the remaining money. The even hospital is modelled on the same dysfunctional system as any other hospital. The usual staff who doesn’t give you any information. The pharmacy doesn’t have medicines the doctor prescribes. Even online consultations are also going bad. When the doctor can’t make nobody informs you and you just sit there with your phone like an idiot waiting for consultation. The app has the audacity to warn us about not showing up. What about doctors not showing up? Why can’t we get compensation for our time wasted and our health worsening when doctors don’t show up and Even can’t inform us in advance? **Developer response:** Hi! On top of that, there’s a mandatory clause that forces you to consult with their doctor first. The catch is—they frame their questions in a way that pushes you to say something linked to exclusions, and then use that as a reason to reject your lab test requests or further consultations. My personal experience was even worse. The sales rep outright misled me, saying all OPD visits would be covered during maternity and only the delivery would be excluded. That turned out to be completely false. Even basic services are a struggle. Many times they won’t schedule a home pickup with their own partner labs and ask you to visit a lab instead. Then they slap on a cost limit that isn’t even close to actual market rates. And when you finally go to pay, their payment scanner often doesn’t work. You’re left scrambling with support while people wait in line behind you, which is not just inconvenient—it’s embarrassing. The bottom line: this policy doesn’t give peace of mind. It creates unnecessary stress, constant hurdles, and leaves you feeling harassed at every step.
