Turn upcoming Calendar events and dated Reminders into alarms you can manage from your iPhone.

Event Alarm Sync reads the calendars you select, builds a clear timeline of upcoming events and alarm times, and schedules prominent alerts with AlarmKit. Your calendar data and app settings stay on your device.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
Core calendar, reminder, alarm, settings, widget, and diagnostic data is processed locally. When Share Anonymous Analytics is enabled, Event Alarm Sync sends a small allowlisted set of anonymous usage and sanitized reliability data. Turn it off at any time in Settings. Calendar or reminder content, meeting links, alarm times, and local diagnostic logs are never sent. The app has no account system, advertising, or cross-app tracking.

Requires iOS 26 or later. Alarm delivery, sound, vibration, and the system Stop control are managed in part by iOS. Background calendar refresh timing is also controlled by iOS.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-09-19

Improves background validation of upcoming alarms and widget updates when alarms fire, including alarms scheduled close together. Joining a meeting now dismisses the current alarm before opening the link. Improves text contrast and wrapping, with more readable controls at larger text sizes. Small widgets use their space more clearly, and snoozed alarms show the new time with a Snoozed label.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-08-30

Adds privacy-first anonymous product analytics and sanitized reliability reporting, controlled by one Settings switch and requiring no additional permission. Calendar and reminder content, meeting links, alarm times, and local diagnostic logs are never sent. This update also includes the alarm reliability and app/widget synchronization improvements from version 1.0.1.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-08-27

Improves alarm reliability and keeps the app, widgets, and system alarms in sync. Turning Event Alarms off now clears app and widget alarm rows and cancels owned alarms, with automatic repair if iOS interrupts cleanup. Event and alarm lists can expand beyond the first five entries, deletion actions use clearer Calendar and Reminder wording, and Stop, deletion, and diagnostic handling are more robust.
