This app is the official guide for visitors of

The Navigator app is the official guide for visitors of Virtual Info Systems Pvt Ltd ( VIS Group ).

 

It contains all the official information of the exhibitors. The app offers the following features:

 

EXHIBITORS: Upload their logos, product categories / description and brochures as well as accept meeting requests from the visitors who have proposed timings for one-on-one meetings. Get the latest updates and developments happening during the expo as well as social media feed access. Upload posts and keep engagement for their booth. Access floorplan with booth details.

Scan the QR for visitors who turn up at your booth and get their contact details directly. No more hassle for data entry.

 

VISITORS:  Access floorplan with booth details.
Select and view exhibitor information, download their brochures and also send One-on-One meeting requests.  Save meeting in calendar for reminders.

Get conference details and session updates along with speaker profiles and agenda. You can also convert and pay to become a delegate online directly.

You can Scan the QR code at exhibitors booth, so as to have a record and avoid repeat visits.

Share your experiences via photos, live feeds and social media sharing.

 

 

Events:  Everything that’s happening during the show  like conferences, seminars, live demos, special exhibits etc. Add them to you your personal calendar and make bookings in advance for the same. Add photos and notes to an event and share them.

They can also access the conference agenda, speaker lists and their profiles.

Registration : Link to pre-register and generate your badge online

 

The app menu allows you to customize your experience and visit at the expo. Also allows you to customize settings for app tracking and further information on travelling , how to reach venue , Privacy Policy and terms of use.
