But it would be nice to see the date in the listed events also. ### 3/5 — Cant erase any old countdown *2023-11-13* It’s a great app besides you have to pay to have more than two countdowns and you can’t erase any old countdowns- it’s goes from days until to days since but they’re forever there unless you probably pay to get the most expensive version of the app ### 4/5 — How to delete event *2021-03-11* It works great, but there is not a feature that allows me to delete an event. **Developer response:** Hello. I love the widgets option as it lets me quickly look how long until my next events are when I’m checking my phone. My only improvement is to add dark mode support in the widget and the app. Otherwise, great job! ### 4/5 — Very Good..... *2019-07-12* Been looking for an app such as this for while- It is elegant, simple and beautiful to use. The sync across iOS devices is perfect. Would like to see ability to move fonts on photos, the ability to add several photos per countdown and a notes option. Maybe this will come with future update/s. An iPad version for full screen viewing of countdown on iPad would also be nice. In the meantime though a very very good app which should certainly be tried if only for the sync (upgrade cost is not expensive) **Developer response:** Hello. Sent an email…. 🤷🏻‍♀️🙁 ### 1/5 — There isn’t a pro app *2022-02-16* I bought the pro version of this app, supposedly lifetime. There isn’t such an app. Not in their links, not in the App Store, not in their list of products they have. It is a scam. My app keeps asking me to pay to update. I already did so, but I paid the money and nothing came of it. I have requested a refund. Use another app. **Developer response:** Hello. There is a Pro version. You can even see it listed on the App Store description of the app. Just to be clear, this app would not have passed Apple Review if it didn't do what it says it does. The app received an update and they didn't honor the purchase I already made. They wanted me to pay again...:/ **Developer response:** Hello. You are either confusing my app for another one, or you are using 2 different Apple IDs. If you indeed bought the one-time upgrade, it will be free forever as long as you keep the same Apple ID. I took your advice and made changes to the app, making it possible to choose a background image without requiring access to your photo library (unless of course you want to use a photo from your own library, in which case we obviously need access to it). I like the option of adding my own photos or CCO photos. My only complaint is that I wish it would show Today when you hit 0 days on a countdown instead of skipping onto the next entry. For example, when it’s counting down to a birthday, I want it to show the birthday as Today when it hits 0 days, but it goes to the next upcoming event that is days, weeks or even months ahead. You kind of feel robbed of the day when viewing it in the app, because it’s moved on already. ### 5/5 — UPDATE: Can’t unsubscribe! *2021-09-29* The developer replied. Apparently I had already unsubscribed, that’s why I only saw a renewal option. Thank you for the quick response! Original message: This app doesn’t suit my needs and I have no option to unsubscribe. When I open Settings / Subscriptions, there is only the option to renew. No option to unsubscribe. Help!! **Developer response:** Hello. If you only see the option to Renew, it means you have already unsubscribed. ### 5/5 — Clean & Minimalistic but not many features. *2020-05-27* The app is good looking on the surface, very clean and minimalistic which I like and the widgets feature is a bonus. Looks and performs great, thank you! My only request would be a dark/night theme. ### 5/5 — Great for Goal Tracking *2019-11-16* If you’re really serious about a particular event in life and you want to track , this is a really good app. Plus you get options in the app to choose from a few photos to reflect your thought. I just want to point out that there are literally thousands of photos available to use as background. Just make sure you tap the Unsplash tab in the app, and type whatever you want in the search bar. You can search for things like “beach”, or anything related to your countdown. Give it a try and let me know :) ### 5/5 — Best looking countdown app *2019-10-16* I’ve tried a bunch of these countdown apps and this one is by far the best looking one. It also has all the features I’d want. One thing though. I’d like to be able to change the font. ### 5/5 — A perfect way to count down big events *2019-06-14* A fun and easy way to count down to events. You can even set it to say how long an event had occurred. I like that I can use my own photos or ones that may symbolically represent the event better too. ### 4/5 — Alright, but *2024-08-29* I would love to have the ability to make a widget that counted days since an event. It doesn't look like I can do that unfortunately. Everything else works fine and the photo background feature is a great selling point. ### 4/5 — A few problems. *2022-06-15* It is a great app but, there is a few problems. I set this for a certain date, and if the days were 20 you have to read it as 19. Last problem can we not use the whole picture? Why cut out the whole background?? **Developer response:** Hello. Your issue with no being able to use your own photos is most likely due to the fact you denied the app access to your photos when prompted. To fix this, open the Settings app, scroll down to the Countdown section, tap on it, and select PHOTOS.
