Almost there, needs further development

I used the web app to manage my event of less than 100 attendees. It tracked ticket sales perfectly, the check it Event Manager App needs further development. Although there was strong wifi and using an iphone 11 to check in people aa they arrived, the app kept crashing and not working. If the attendee has a QR code and it is scanned and verified as valid, why is there a need to still need to select “checked in” on the app. It should do that automatically.
It doesn’t bother me that the company is in India, but I do expect some level of live support in the US. I think this app has potential, but it needs to straighten out the current kinks that are definitely fixable.

Stay far away from this company.

Beware of this calendar. Not only is there no traffic or engagement with your event, but they steal your money too. I paid $65 to post an event then cancelled the event within their guidelines. I was told that they would credit me for a future event.

When I go to list my next event and use the $65 credit they tell me I can only use the credit towards 20% of the total. That means I need to spend more money in order to use the credit. In fact I would have to spend another $300 in order to use my credit.

The company is based in India and you cannot speak to anyone. Stay far away from this company.

Can’t stop notifications and can’t contact customer support

I’ve logged out, I’ve deleted app, I’ve stopped notifications under phone settings...I still get text messages at 3 am!
I’ve tried to find a contact number or email for customer support...there isn’t one. This is a nightmare app!!!!!

Not working

I connect via Facebook, it authenticates. The moment I click Allow to managing events, the app closes. Hasn't been updated in 5 months, could this be the problem? Very disappointed.

Keeps crashing

The app can not be opened. It keeps crashing
