### 1.6.11 — 2026-09-03

Sharing is working again — and now there's a reason to use it.

• Fixed: "Generate Share Link" had been failing for everyone since version 1.6.6. Sharing an event with your partner, family or wedding party works again.
• Fixed: seating plans, menus and note tags were not syncing between devices. They are now.
• Plan with a co-host. When your guest list gets its first name, Event Stories offers to invite someone to plan with you — and the invitation now explains what it is for and carries a link to the app, so it makes sense to whoever receives it.
• Accepting an invitation takes you straight into the shared event, instead of leaving you to find it.
• Guest list: names you add beyond the free limit are no longer thrown away. They are kept and added the moment you upgrade — including the rest of a contact import that was cut short.
• You will now hear from us two days before your trial ends, while everything still works, rather than only after it is gone.
• The trial summary screen was rewritten around your own event — its guests, tasks and tracked spend — and now says what the free plan keeps.
• The "Enjoying Event Stories?" prompt waits for your second visit, and stays quiet for a week after anything frustrating.

### 1.6.10 — 2026-08-26

This update is about the way we ask for your opinion — less often, and at better moments:

• Rate Event Stories from Settings. Until now there was no way to leave a rating from inside the app.
• The "Enjoying Event Stories?" prompt now waits for a genuinely good moment — a guest list with replies coming in, a plan you've just shared, a checklist you've imported — instead of interrupting you mid-task.
• Tap "Not now" and we'll leave you alone. The prompt no longer returns the next time you tick something off.
• Fixed: the "Not now" button was too small to tap comfortably, and the prompt showed our internal name instead of Event Stories.

### 1.6.9 — 2026-08-20

This update makes the free plan and your welcome gift easier to understand:

• Your 7-day welcome gift now spells out exactly what it includes — budget tracking, sharing, charts, calendar and Contacts import, and PDF reports — right next to the free plan's 1 event and 10 guests per event, so there are no surprises later.
• Fixed: at larger text sizes the guest-limit screen couldn't be scrolled, leaving its button out of reach. It now scrolls, with the upgrade button always in place at the bottom.

This update makes upgrading to Pro work the way it should:

• The upgrade screen now always loads its price and always gives you something to buy — no more empty "unable to load" state.
