Customer service hung up on us. Unprofessional. WORST SERVICE EVER *2026-07-20* Biggest scam and BS app provider ever. No fee is the biggest BsS! They resell tickets 100-200% above normal entrance price, and then ask you to pay a 8$ fee to resell!! Other apps provide insights in original ticket price - and they hide behind T&Cs as they are very aware of scamming people!!! DONT USE! I deleted the app immediately - service was also just stating T&C facts and not providing SERVICE or real action items - they don’t even work with customer feedback or suggesting feedback to product or coming up with better UI elements. CAN NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!! ### 1/5 — **Beware-they’re a fraud**Save yourself time, and money** *2026-04-07* My ticket was never able to download, they say you’ll get your tickets closer to the event date. And then send you different steps to follow to get your tickets. It said transferred but you can’t log in. ### 1/5 — Worthless app!!! *2025-10-11* It’s rare that you see an app this bad. Need to contact someone for assistance? Nope. Log into your account? Nope. View tickets purchased through their account? BIG nope. But you can absolutely use the app to pay more than face value for a ticket (by 3x - 4X for tickets that are available direct from the venue). When purchasing tickets they do not clearly disclose that you’re buying from a reseller. Before purchasing tickets, always check the venue’s official website for their authorized ticket sellers.
