The update broke the app and it no longer works ### 2/5 — BSA VenturingFest App *2018-07-27, version 1.3.24* I liked the idea of having access to information at my fingertips for the event for both myself and my Crew. I had logged in to make events we wanted to attend with the remind feature. The app needed daily updates which took time and drained our batteries in certain areas. None of the reminders stayed on our phones with each update. We missed several events that we were really hoping to attend. The app was difficult to find things at times, for example you could learn about an activity and what occurred there (I.e. ropes course) but then had to exit out and find it on the map or other key information about it in another area. We would get text messages daily about weather or other items. However when you clicked on it to read it, it was gone and couldn’t be found anywhere on the app. This happened to everyone in my group. It would have been nice to have area or region information on the app as we didn’t know what was going on at the camps. Also, lost the links to all of the selected sessions and I now can’t evaluate them. ### 3/5 — Mixed feelings *2018-07-09, version 1.3.24* Ap was necessary and useful for maps and event descriptions and times but sadly lacking in information like where each event was supposed to be held. This is more an IT people's input issue than AP malfunction. Also "finding my group" was pretty useless. People's Icons would only show up when their Ap was accessed within a certain amount of time and would show up WHERE the ap was accessed at that time not necessarily where the person was NOW. This is purely the Ap not working right. When I uploaded an update midweek, all my previous notifications disappeared!
