I have hosted hundreds of events. In the last year, Eventbrite has been charging double payments to my customers, resulting in thousands of dollars of refunds. The ticketing module works occasionally, resulting in events that are only halfway full. Eventbrite has just sold to a new company, and I can tell you do not take a chance. It was there before. Where am I supposed to leave this feedback? It’s like impossible to report it anywhere else on the website.
