I bought tickets to a show that was canceled due to a power outage. I want to check on the amount, which I can't figure how to do on the app. In trying to get to "chat", I get stuck in a loop between entering my password and proving I'm human. Very frustrated.

This app has brought me much joy, helped save me from boredom many times and has brought me closer to other people and made me new friends/contacts…

However, I do think there needs to be a little more attention paid by hosts of events and a tighter vetting process with more rigorous scrutiny about posting the location details as some of the events are hard to find and I’ve now been to three which were actually ghost bogus or fake events…! 🤦🏻‍♂️
