Why have an app that is worse than the website

This platform is used a lot for my daughters soccer events. Figured I’d look to see if there was an app to have all event info in one easy place. It’s advertised for this. I downloaded and there is nothing. Support says ‘they aren’t utilizing the app at this time’. Useless. Shut the app down instead of advertising it as something it’s not.

So much easier to navigate event connect on their website. The app was useless I’ve downloaded it a couple times thinking maybe iv missed some updates. Still nothing. All I have to do is sign on to the website and all my reservations are right there. I can’t find any of my booking information or events on the app at all when I sign in. If I could give. -⭐️ I would. I just deleted the app since it has now purpose

I had the original app and it wouldn’t let me search.  i uninstalled the app to redownload and now only downloads a demo mode.   checked the web based application and that works fine but the app seems broken.  I looked for another version besides demo with no luck.  wondering if the company is no longer supporting.
