I cannot fathom how this app was approved on the App Store. I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max with the latest version of iOS and this application threw errors left and right every time I tried to scan in a lead. Half the leads that did make it in were corrupted… and these people are *charging* hundreds of dollars to use it at an event? This app deserves negative stars.

Terrible. Registered but then it says the app is disabled. Just arrived at the conference and the app is useless so I’ll be referring to the event guide

It’s been a very long time since I had so many hourglass waiting periods from any APP. The Event was also not well organized.

Not sure what happened at my event today. Major technical issues for everyone. Couldn’t connect with most appointments I had. Very disappointed since I paid for the event and could barely function on the program

Downloaded the app to be able to organise numerous functions for my social club (as I’m one of the events committee.) 

This app does not let you log new events - you have to contact an “event admin” to do so, however the app does not advise you on how to do this.

Completely useless.  Wasted download.  Events should stick with Guidebook.

The app clearly lays out a schedule and, once you find it, the event location. That's about it for the good. The app is a glorified web page. It's clunky, breaks UI rules and makes it hard to find what you need. There are no back buttons or any other intuitive way to return to a previous screen (which you need when, say, you want to look at an event schedule). Instead you have to return home and start over.

This app is just as bad as the website. I'd stay miles away from this if I didn't need it for my TedX tickets.

The Eventdex app platform has everything necessary to organize a successful event from pre-registration through check in, filterable attendee lists and follow up event statistics. The Eventdex support team answers questions with patience and addresses concerns in a timely, competent manner.
