It’s great does everything I need… but at over £1500 for a single conference, I just can’t justify the cost. In fact… it’s a bit of a ripoff! Four times the cost of a massive product like Adobe Creative Cloud, and that would get you a whole year, this is £1500 for software… for a single one day event! It was a hit. Putting everything together was simple. The attendees loved every feature provided. The character limit on the questions function is far too low, there were polls during some of the sessions that I couldn’t access and there was no information about the subjects that each speaker was going to cover in their talks. The questions option frequently didn’t work. Video streaming nightmare! *2021-06-05* I paid for the top tier package to accommodate a large number of attendees. I received hundreds of emails from listeners who were upset because they were unable to access the videos or watch the entire video because of streaming issues. Also, the process for people to login into the app is very difficult. They must enter their email twice. I received a ton of complaints about this. And, when I asked the Constantin about the issues, he said it was because videos were not loaded in the app. How could that be if some people were able to view the videos and rated them inside the app but others were not able to access the videos at all. This was a complete disaster.
