## What is EventFirst?

EventFirst is the iPad check-in companion for events managed on the EventFirst platform. Designed for speed and reliability on the day, it gives your on-site staff everything they need to run a smooth, professional guest arrival experience.

QR SELF CHECK-IN KIOSK
Turn your iPad into a self-service check-in station. Guests scan their QR badge and are checked in instantly. A guided camera overlay with clear framing instructions makes the process intuitive for any attendee, and a full-screen confirmation shows their name and check-in status.

GUEST LIST MANAGEMENT
Browse, search, and manually check in guests by name, email, or organisation. Switch between pending and already-checked-in lists, see live counts, and reprint badges on demand — all from one screen.

OFFLINE-FIRST RELIABILITY
Sync your full guest list and badge design before the event, and EventFirst keeps working even if Wi-Fi drops mid-event. Check-ins are queued locally and automatically synced back to the server the moment connectivity returns.

BADGE PRINTING
Paired with any ZPL network printer on the same Wi-Fi, EventFirst prints personalised badges instantly after each check-in. Configure your printer IP, port, DPI, and label dimensions directly from the app.

LIVE EVENT DASHBOARD
Track total guests, checked-in count, and remaining attendees with counts that refresh automatically throughout the event.

SECURE STAFF SIGN-IN
Multi-factor authentication and role-based access keep your event data safe and limit staff to what they need.
