The app immediately switches to a black screen during use. ### 4/5 — App ok, Konzern unterirdisch *2026-03-02* Die App funktioniert, aber der Konzern selbst ist unterirdisch. Wenn man irgendwie kann, sollte man einen anderen Kartenanbieter nutzen und einen großen Bogen um Eventim machen. Zwei Beispiele Konzert abgesagt, Karten wurden erstattet, aber die hohen Gebühren von Eventim werden nicht erstattet. Zweiter Fall: Konzert wurde zweimal verschoben, und im Jahr darauf habe ich die Karten nicht mehr gefunden, obwohl EVENTIM genau wusste, dass ich die Karten bekommen habe, denn sie haben mich ja mehrfach wegen der Verschiebung angeschrieben. Ich hatte sogar die Fotos von den Papierkarten mit dem Code und allem drum und dran. Als ich bat, mir ein Duplikat auszustellen war das aber nicht möglich! 260 € in den Sand gesetzt! Bei irgendwelchen Fragen ist Eventim telefonisch quasi nicht erreichbar. Sie wimmeln alles ab und machen sich nur die Taschen dick. ### 1/5 — Warning!!! After I selected my preferred location, the system changed the location at checkout to a venue three hours away. I immediately contacted customer service, but they refused to cancel the order or change the tickets to the correct location. No help, no accountability, no resolution. Ich habe sofort den Kundenservice kontaktiert, doch man weigerte sich, die Bestellung zu stornieren oder die Tickets auf den richtigen Veranstaltungsort zu ändern. Keine Hilfe, keine Verantwortung, keine Lösung. Nutzung auf eigene Gefahr.
