Contacted customer service three times to find out where my ticket was in app and just sent the same info over and over. Requested a refund as customer service are clearly in need of training and no response. Rubbish avoid it. ### 1/5 — Let people transfer tickets earlier *2025-11-17, version 5.6.1* App doesn’t allow you to transfer tickets until last minute which is very useless ### 1/5 — Death documents to refund tickets *2025-11-12* Do not trust the $5 “can’t-make-it” insurance—misleading and privacy-invasive. I bought their optional $5 insurance because the checkout language made it sound simple: if you can’t attend, you get a refund. When I needed it, the reality was the opposite. They required extensive documentation-pages of legal or medical evidence of DEATH and even pregnancy proof-to consider a claim. That is nothing like the clear, easy protection implied during purchase. The process is designed to wear you down: the refund page is buried under multiple “help” branches, with no direct path from your order. Support might end up insisting the policy is run by a separate provider, but that doesn’t absolve the ticket seller—they promote it, take the money, and funnel you into an invasive process. What they promise: a $5 safety net. What you get: paperwork, privacy intrusion, and a runaround. This experience felt deceptive and far from user-friendly. If a refund requires sensitive documents, that must be stated clearly before payment—not hidden behind fine print and a maze of links. Transfer hasn’t worked so not impressed at all and will be deleting the app. If you are going to offer this tech then at least test it thoroughly before you release. To access the tickets on their website, you now have to download their very clunky, cheaply made app. I can tell that they didn’t have the budget to make an app that had a good user interface, was aesthetically pleasing and was easy to navigate. So I wonder - why was the budget spent in this way? There are many ways to make sure that concert tickets are secure, but I won’t be returning to a concert at this venue if I have to download an app just for my ticket. The reselling process was also extremely difficult to understand because Fansly doesn’t sound anything like eventim Apollo. It seems like the venue are trying to compete with Ticketmaster and AXS, but I think they should start by removing this from the App Store. ### 1/5 — Notifications *2024-04-11, version 4.36* Even though I have only selected to receive notifications about my events I keep getting unwanted notifications. I would like to go to an event, i dont want to download anything from anyone, much less create an account. Had i known i need to download the app I wouldn’t have bought the ticket. Invasive and unnecessary… not like i will use this stupid app until another event… and now definitely will delete after this event. ### 3/5 — Not consumer friendly *2024-03-23* Having hidden fees such as processing, transaction and delivery of an e-ticket added later on is not consumer friendly. Having booking fee plus the other aforementioned ones is also questionable. Showing the total and later on a split on what goes where is way better to make an informed decision upfront and most of competitors already do it. Also the Apple Pay payment flow is broken and tries to open in a pop up and simply doesn’t work, what’s further infuriating is that they’ve blocked the operating system autofill for payment cards, which is simply wild… Payment and fees aside, it wasn’t a bad experience purchasing tickets via this app. ### 2/5 — Easy to use but enforced app usage charge *2024-02-22* My first time using the app to buy a ticket Overall the experience was simple But I would call out that adding a charge to electronically store the tickets within the app is a horrible practise and not something I’ve seen elsewhere. I was forced into that being the only option (no option for any other ticket app like Apple Wallet), and then they charge you £2 extra for the pleasure. Thats an enforced surcharge. The you add up a “service charge” a “venue charge”, insurance and now this app usage charge, no wonder the entertainment/ticket industry has such a bad reputation for being greedy. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Can’t get it to work *2026-08-11, version 6.11.0* It won’t let me access my tickets and i keep getting a security note, the app does not work.
