## What is Eventool?

With the Eventool application, you will easily find the event you are going to attend and all the relevant information. You can network with other attendees and participate actively. 

Access to events can be public or private. You will find events with open access or password protected events in the App. In this case, the event organizer is the person in charge of providing the attendees or authorized persons with the password.

In the application: 
- You can access the different events you are attending using only one App.
- Get all the key information. Explore the conference agenda, include notes, add information to your device calendar, create sessions etc. Access all the participating speakers and their presentations. Interactive maps, areas and points of interest. List of exhibitors, news and downloadable resources among others. 
- Interact during the event. You can participate actively through votes, walls with pictures and comments, surveys and scientific notes.  
- Customize your profile. Add notes and mark contents as favourite so you can access them easily whenever you want.

Ya van dos años que hemos utilizado esta App para el Taller Nacional de Campamentos de la Asociación Venezolana de Campamentos y nos ha resultado una herramienta increíble, además el equipo técnico está siempre dispuesto a ayudarte en todo momento, especialmente Nuria que nos a acompañado a todo lo largo del proceso de contratac y setup de la App! Los recomiendo ampliamente!

He utilizado Eventool en varios de los eventos de las empresas donde he trabajado y no solo los asistentes están contentos con la simplicidad y todo lo que pueden hacer desde el app, pero también desde el punto de vista del organizador es súper fácil la guía que te dan para hacer tu app a tu gusto. Mi primer evento cuando la use fue en el 2017 y mi último en junio 20 de 2023. En estos 6 años de uso de app he visto cómo han mejorado las opciones todo en lo que podemos usar la app. Les volveré a contratar definitivamente.

Pleins d’outils différents pour organiser son événement. Bon accompagnement avant signature du devis. Possibilité de faire une app test pour voir ce que ça peut rendre pour son événement, gratuitement.

He usado esta herramienta en mas de 30 ocasiones para desarrollo de apps para eventos y desde mi experiencia es una de las mejores del mercado, sin lugar a dudas.

Y ademas va acompañada de un excelente equipo de profesionales y con una calidad humana excepcional.

"La aplicación de Portugal Medical Canabis 2019 (PMC2019) a través de Eventool, ha sido, sin duda, extremamente útil y valorada por todos los asistentes a la conferencia y por la organización. Construimos fácilmente un evento de 4 días, con cerca de 600 participantes de 21 nacionalidades diferentes y más de 20 speakers. Por parte de la organización valoramos como aspectos extremadamente positivos lo intuitivo de su interfaz así como la autonomía en la carga de contenidos (pero sin dejar de tener un excelente apoyo técnico y de resolución de dudas cuando ha sido necesario). Hemos tenido también, por parte de los asistentes, un excelente feedback. La APP ha aportado dinamismo a la conferencia, permitido la interacción entre los participantes, con la organización y con los speakers. Ha sido una gran ayuda antes, durante e incluso después de la conferencia. Nos ha permitido sacar, de forma fácil, estadísticas, indices de satisfacción, perfil de los participantes etc.

En definitiva una herramienta que aconsejamos vivamente a cualquier organización de cualquier tipo de evento y con la que esperamos contar en futuras ediciones de Portugal Medical Canabis. Nuestra más sincera enhorabuena a todo el equipo"
