The Instancy Events Attendance App allows event administrators and instructors to track event attendance in a snap. With the help of Instancy’s intuitive attendance app, instructors simply log in and track their attendees’ presence (or absence) with the swipe of a finger. ​

On top of that, this app can even scan QR codes to track attendance! Attendees bring a Instancy LMS generated QR code identifying the event as well as their account. From there, the Event Attendance app validates the attendee’s code, marking them as present for the event. Instructors just stand at the door and scan the codes as people arrive, without the hassle of a role-call or worry of accidentally marking someone’s attendance improperly. Checking in using this intelligent system is one of the easiest and fastest ways to get people through the door at your events.
