Also trying to log in with a Google account crashes the app... Nearly every feature is an excessive in frustration to use, if you can get it to perform the desired action at all. Very disappointing. ### 1/5 — Great idea but too buggy to use *2016-05-13, version 4.20* First of all, it's impossible to save any event to your calendar below the first page. The scroll moves in a forced way and seems desperate to move back to the top, and it doesn't respond to tapping on any but the first few events. Secondly, its Alexa/Echo counterpart, which I'm trying to sync via my iPhone, is not accepting my gmail login information, and though it asks if you've forgotten your password there's no where to to click so you can retrieve it. When you go to fix/fight the problem you’ll end up needing to speak to your bank about fraud or wrong charges ### 1/5 — Scalpers and scammers *2024-12-05, version 5.13* They overcharge for tickets, won’t answer people who payed for tickets and will not show tickets on the app, I am fighting them with a chargeback on my bank account because there is no way to get my money back from them nor does it even show the tickets I payed for. If you do not have to get your tickets for these people DO NOT. For reference the tickets I needed through the events website directly was 65$ for two tickets, they charged me 264$ for the same two tickets! ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2024-08-07, version 5.11* Buggy and cumbersome. So, if you’re trying to grab tickets and have an issue … I lost out on cheaper seats and 2x as close to the stage because I couldn’t get in direct contact with their sales or support staff. Search function does nothing: plug in a name and the page just stares back at me. Contacted support: *crickets*. ### 1/5 — Buyer beware *2021-08-12, version 4.79* We just bought tickets for Chris angel in Las Vegas for the 19 September Event seeker gave us tickets for September 16 instead We don’t fly in until the 17 th ! they refuse to refund our money and they refuse to switch the tickets to the proper date for when we are actually in Las Vegas and can make it to the show , now we are out over $1000 usd Do not trust them ! ### 1/5 — Don’t recommend this app *2021-06-12, version 4.78* So disappointed.. I have to rebuy from another app because I bought 2 tickets for a concert and I never could find them on the app, like I went to my profile, my events and nothing.. it disappeared, i even checked my email.. I tried calling them four times so at least they could’ve help me find the tickets on the app.. they never picked up. Would I get a refund? I don’t know because nobody is there to contact with.
