Missed events due to shoddy design. *2022-12-03* Notifications come through but there’s no new content - every notification, I have to restart the app to see what it’s about. Before I figured that out, I missed a few events at my con that moved at the last minute. Sorry, Eventzee, but you’re not doing anything revolutionary - there’s no reason you can’t get the basics right. ### 2/5 — App keeps erasing all my completed challenges *2021-04-03, version 1.5.2* Trying to do the merrell scavenger hunt and my progress is erased after closing out of the app for a day ### 2/5 — Filter *2020-12-17* Wish there was a way to filter and sort which ones we want to do first instead of scrolling all the way up and down. Good for people who like to be organized. Also, the message section cuts off part of the message because it won’t fit the entire screen. I have to figure out what the other person is trying to say to get a full idea of the message. **Developer response:** Hi ZaileAmari, thank you for the feedback! We're always looking for ways to improve the experience for our players. There is currently a search bar located at the very top of the Challenges tab that allows you to search by keyword or even by chsupport@eventzeeapp.comallenge type. So for example, you can search for "photo" or "video" to filter and focus on those specific challenges first, which should reduce the amount of scrolling needed for events with lots of challenges. We hope this helps in the next event you may participate in! We will also look into expanding that feature to allow for more filtering and sorting options. However, if you're still having trouble please send an email to support@eventzeeapp.com so that we can look into resolving this issue for you right away! ### 3/5 — Fun *2026-07-19* GPS ripped us off several times I might loss my scavenger hunt because of it Lol ### 3/5 — Great overall, but glitch with loading pictures. *2025-03-23* I'm using this as part of a hiking challenge that I've signed up for locally and it is much better for tracking than the way they originally did it. However, there is some glitch with loading pictures where my pictures are loaded looking normal and then they're posted in the social feed sideways. The only way to avoid this is to edit the picture, but of course I forget about that and then I can edit or change the photo I loaded. Hopefully someone can fix this. ### 3/5 — Sharing challenge *2024-11-11, version 1.6.7* I’ve tried to share the challenge to instagram several times and Eventzee will not accept it. Please make it easier for us older folks that are computer challenged. ### 3/5 — Apps works great with patience *2021-10-25* Learning how to use the app took longer than expected (and some help from another participant). And it doesn’t work well under low Internet connection so I learned to wait and upload later at home. Otherwise the app allowed us to have a good time running around our town on a scavenger hunt.
