It is impossible to write in chat in game cause when keyboard should appear the game crash and screen block. Game is nice despite pay per view only if you play in a guild and without possibility to chat with allies this game is just boring. Developers know the issue but just sent a message suggesting not to update to ios26 without solving issue since months. ### 1/5 — Locking up for iPhone *2025-10-06* This game has a major problem with locking up on iPhones. If you try to chat with other people, the screen will lock up. It locks up at least 2 to 3 times when I just walk away from playing the game. The ratings on this must be fixed because the game is not that high operating there’s a lot to go unchecked every event they offer guaranteed that you will not meet the final requirement to get the hero. You’re trying to get. It’s all a scam. And there are times you can play in within a half hour. There is nothing to do in the game. For the day. Yesterday they didn’t even open up the spirit realm and claimed I went inside in which I didn’t because I didn’t have power that morning. They have also removed items from my personal items list. They have shut me out of other places for one day for some strange reason. I figure I’m up and they want me to go away. They don’t worry about the integrity of their game just agreed. If you don’t spend money within the first couple of days. Will make sure your playing will not be worth it staying. They only want players with no skills that have to spend money.. They do not treat all customers equally only those with money is better. And they do not have customer service. It goes unanswered. The game would be great if the management and the GM didn’t screw up the game so bad with their incompetence. ### 1/5 — Boycott *2025-09-12* I'm not ready to give up on this game, but recent updates over the last 3 months have been disheartening. The first negative update came about 2.5 months ago with the changes to seasonal power and seasonal levels. Previously, seasonal play was balanced between all levels of spenders and server ages by not including stats from gear, crowns, cosmic harmony, etc. and also equal hero levels for everyone regardless of wellspring level. With the seasonal play changes, highly p2w and/or older server players were given the advantage again in seasonal play, removing a lot of strategy from the game and turning it into a wallet contest. Secondly, the dragons were the first completely p2w hero upgrade the game has ever released. At first it looked like the dragons weren't all that powerful, but now that we've seen some folks with 5* dragons, we see that they are indeed very strong in PvP. This would be fine if there was a way for f2p players to acquire the epic dragons over time, but there currently is not. When I approached the GMs with this concern, their response was "f2p players have enough to worry about. Dragons aren't intended to be available for them." That's when I knew we were going down a bad road. Thirdly, with the update we received today, there is now a completely new hero faction that is not available to f2p players. Not only is this new hero completely p2w, but it wont be available in any summon event after this initial 17-day release event. You get an average of 3-4 heroes with the $50 pass, and after that the price of the packs are absolute dog poo. It's an average of $100 per leg copy. 12 copies are needed to get to mythical. You do the math. Based on the recent p2w model that Carol Games has employed, it's clear that they no longer care about the health of the game. They only want you to open your wallet. __For this reason I am calling for a boycott.__ Join me on my f2p journey until the devs address the 3 items listed above. **Developer response:** Thanks for the detailed feedback! We hope you can stay with us to witness the game getting better! ### 1/5 — Update: it’s gotten worse *2025-09-12* Here’s how the last iteration of my review ended: “The bottom line: go spend your money elsewhere. I’ll update this review if there is actual change. But I doubt it.” Unsurprisingly, things have only gotten worse. The new, strongest heroes will be locked behind paywalls and are completely inaccessible to F2P players. The dragon system is similarly inaccessible. The seasonal adjustments have tilted the playing field so that new players will never catch up to older accounts unless they spend $1000s. When their devs glitch, they take your stuff without any clear explanation of equivalence and it’s variable across accounts. It’s the laziest, poorest handling of responses to these instances that I’ve seen. This game had promise but has become an empty shell of itself. The Devs say they listen but nothing happens. A growing number of top accounts are pledging to go F2P or deleting their accounts. Play something else cuz this is a sinking ship. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback! Events are better and not everything good is locked behind a paywall. This game devs just care about money not about the game at all. And now I can’t send any texts on any of the channels including the added friends. Once I click on the texts to reply, the game crashes. At this point it’s useless to try to play the game. Often get discount if using Google pay. However, after I transfer to a new clan, which I spend buying tickets. Then my chat freezes. I’m unable to talk to my clan members, not even the GM to report the issue. Huge potential if they would focus more on PvP, alliance mechanics, and incorporating skill into the game (needs to draw inspiration from Blood Brothers RPG and Game of War).
