客服回應慢。個app好多bugs.啲job少得可憐，apply咗job遲遲無消息，九成九都失敗，冇誇張。同院舍久缺溝通，院舍取消咗更佢都唔知更唔會通知你，返到院舍報到先知院舍唔要人，即刻遣返，白白浪費咗一日，俾佢玩死。 剩係冇job同溝通問題已經可以對佢死心！

報完更會係咁彈出黎提你必須要先買制服才可以開工, 然後買完制服就將你已經報左確認左既更期全部 cut 晒, 永遠都報唔到更, 搵客服初初都會口講幫你跟進, 最後就不了了之, 呢間公司都好大機會係專呃人制服錢但永遠用唔同藉口唔派更比你, Apple 幾時先會下架等唔好咁多人中招?!!!

職員轉咗一批新人後，職員不會回覆，已讀不回，不會處理你的問題。

客人提供了工作日子，護理人員報更比evercare 職員聽，但Evercare 職員 超級被動，並回覆只能夠待客人聯絡直接evercare，不會處理護理人員嘅報更，亦不會主動搵客人confirm 更期。

另外有客人曾要求需要人手，因為聯絡護理員，護理員轉述聯絡evercare 報更，但職員放置不理，導致客人無法使用服務，evercare 嘅管理十分惡劣，不建議使用

而且evercare 嘅管理十分混亂，而且不透明，同一份工作原本有三個護理員輪流工作，客人已表明護理員a 工作某幾天，而護理員a 亦回覆時間日子可以，並報更給evercare，但evercare 放置不理，導致護理員嘅更期被削減。
