Since my company switched to this app for our license tracking it has been nothing but problems for everyone. Any business who uses this app should be ashamed to put their employees through the hassle of working with this app. Their customer support is the worst of any business I have ever encountered. They really need to shut down operations and stop subjecting people to the pain of using their product. ### 1/5 — Don’t do it!! *2022-03-11* Forced to use this at work. Worst app ever. Won’t load anything until expired. Can’t get it to take expiration dates unless you click through the calendar for the exact date even if it is 2 years in the future. Why offer the box to type in a date if it doesn’t accept the date. I waited until my work forced me to update or be put on unpaid leave. However, it is an older version that needs to be downloaded. It attempts to download but fails. Stuck in update and can not Open EC Wallet. It rarely works. I constantly have problems logging in. My employer has issues seeing my credentials on a regular basis. It’s not user friendly. I do not like this app. ### 1/5 — Flawed app *2021-07-12* This app is supposed to make it easy to keep track of you licenses and certifications but every year I have to email with the support team to try and get my information correct. Unfortunately my hands are tied by my employer who require it’s use, otherwise I wouldn’t use it due its annual failings… ### 2/5 — Major flaw *2021-06-25* Fantastic concept, however it should not be dependent on an invitation from your employer. I was furloughed after COVID and no longer have access to my work email. My employer told us about this months ago but never sent us invitations. (I think) I would love to use the app to organize my credentials. Do you all make a personal version? ### 1/5 — Unable to update any certifications *2021-04-09* My employer requires me to have current certifications in evercheck. Unfortunately I have been unable to change my “expired” licenses. I’ve tried ecard numbers, emailing images and multiple emails with evercheck. There is a VERY large issue that is effecting employees in the Oregon region. I’ve spent countless time trying to resolve this problem, to no avail. I’ve used a lot of methods to upload license and credential information over my career— none of them are as terrible as this “app.” It’s a joke and whatever my org paid for access it was too much. If your certification agency does not send you a “wall certificate” type license anymore good luck! You may end up spending money out of pocket on license certification verification so you can print an email like a Grandma to get this thing to work for you. So helpful! It took several minutes just to get past the login screen, so you can imagine the wait time trying to upload documents.
