WHAT YOU CAN DO • See your teaching day at a glance — who’s next, who asked to move a lesson, and who still owes you • Book a whole term in one pass with recurring weekly lessons, class or student booking, and lengths from your policy • Handle reschedules and cancellations with your notice window and makeup rules enforced for you • Write your studio policy once (notice, makeups, prepaid or pay-after, rates, Venmo or Zelle) — families sign it when they join • Send automatic lesson reminders, tuition requests, and a daily summary of your teaching day • Chat in one thread per family, with sheet music, practice videos, and photos • Keep every lesson and payment on the record — balances, outstanding tuition, and a dated trail of reminders FOR STUDENTS AND PARENTS Students and parents get a free app: next lesson, what’s owed with your payment handles, practice notes, and your policy.
