I am disabled and have something similar to POTS. Even sitting with my legs down can make me woozy. I also have MCAS and exercise induced anaphylaxis (seemingly triggered when my heart rate gets too high). How am I going to use something like this? BUT I’m sitting here after my first workout and I think this might actually work out after all! It’s not too intense, but intense enough to work up a sweat and feel it in your muscles. I was worried it would be too much, but for me it is working okay! Granted today is a good health day, but maybe this app will help me have more good health days! The workouts seem very customizable! I would give it 5 stars so far, only I signed up on the website and on the app my weight was wrong. After adjusting it to the right starting weight it thinks I have gained 70+ pounds day one 💀 A little demotivating, but I track my eating on a different app so I will just track my weight there. Just wish you could adjust your starting weight after you sign up without it thinking you gained that. Thank you for making an app for those of us that can’t stand and dance! I have missed dancing SO FREAKING MUCH since my health declined, so hopefully your app can help me get that joy back. When I got in I saw it was chair workouts which wasn’t something I was looking for. So I contacted the company asking to cancel my subscription. I was scared because I saw other reviews say that they had a horrible customer service experience but mine went great! They were very quick. I was able to cancel my subscription in just a day! I haven’t actually used the app to see if it was good or not, but I can say the customer service experience was. **Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your experience! 💛 We’re sorry the workouts weren’t what you expected, but we’re very glad our support team was able to respond quickly and help you cancel your subscription within a day. We truly appreciate you taking the time to recognize the positive customer service experience! ### 2/5 — Extremely Misleading *2026-07-03, version 2.9.6* Very misleading. I found this on Instagram and thought it was a good concept, but it’s more like a financial scam. They get you with an initial payment to “gain access”, but the majority of everything is locked and requires you to pay more money to access. They also offer other class types (hip hop, belly dance, twerking, etc), but those are also locked. The meal plan is beyond basic (try free chatGPT instead). I’m very happy they only got me out of $20 because I’d be EXTREMELY disappointed if I had paid more. Do yourself a favor and find something on YouTube for free and have ChatGPT make you a free meal plan. I’ve done both and I’m way happier. ### 2/5 — Paid for app and then nothing *2026-06-10, version 2.9.5* I was super excited for this since I am disabled and so I paid for the membership and it took my money and then nothing and can’t find a way to contact anyone. I followed all the instructions which were very complicated in order to cancel my subscription. Gave plenty of notice and was charged another month once. OKAY, I can give a little grace. So I sent more emails, filled out more forms and canceled again. NOW I have been charged another month. What the heck? They make it difficult to cancel and refuse to refund, even though I have shown proof that I tried to cancel way beforehand. I have been trying to cancel since 12/20/25. They’re stealing your credit card number . *2026-07-27, version 2.9.6* When i clicked to purchase this app from Facebook, there was recommendations to purchase other packages about diets etc . I didn’t click on anything but the page processed a purchase of another $29.99 ! Contacted the bank and they had to change a new credit card for me , because these scam apps have the credit card info they’ve got cheaply for $6.99 bait . Now i don’t have a credit card to use for 10 days ! Beware folks ! ### 1/5 — DO NOT TRY! IMPOSSIBLE *2026-07-27, version 2.9.6* Update: 4 months I have requested cancellation and refund. I’m honestly worried about my card information now. It seems nice but don’t fall for it. I can’t even get my app to load after putting the log in information. I just had 2 babies so I was really hoping this was what they showed. So disappointed. ### 1/5 — So many things *2026-05-31, version 2.9.5* The idea is great…execution dismal. 1. The picture /video come in blurry. 2. Getting it to open (the program) is a challenge in and of itself. However if you shut your I pad down you are able to get to your login. 3. Logging in…a hassle. You are sent a temporary password. I used it unsuccessfully several times. I eventually used my Apple ID to log in. 4. Once logged in they ask for payment. That’s fine but I had already paid. I wasn’t about to pay again. 5. Being unable to login I attempted to go to the site for help/guidance…don’t bother trying it is absolutely pointless. I am extremely disappointed because the idea of what they are offering is beyond exciting. I can not work out normally because of my disability. I’m always looking for workouts that don’t scream senior citizen speed. ### 1/5 — Non - Responsive *2026-05-27, version 2.9.5* I requested cancellation and they are submitted another invoice and debited my account ### 1/5 — SCAM *2026-05-13, version 2.9.5* This is a scam! The advertised workouts are not on the app. Also- they charge your credit card without approval. I signed up for a yearly membership with a ONE TIME payment. They tried to charge me every month. Read their Facebook reviews. Everyone says SCAM and has the same complaint. We credit card has flagged them as fraud. ### 1/5 — Caution *2026-05-13, version 2.9.5* Download it as a trial and cancel it prior to trial ending and was charged $67 thereafter impossible to cancel emailed them multiple times sent them a response to their invoice and it did not show up on my subscriptions and they still charge me. There is no cancellation easy process for this. It’s a trap.! ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-05-01* Please do not get this app. I tried to cancel my subscription and I cannot cancel it. I have called. I have spoken with Support and still cannot get a refund still can I I had to go to my bank and stop payment payments to this app because they were taking money out of my account They sent me emails telling me to do this and do that cancel I do that and it takes me back to the app to work out. I don’t want it. I had to submit twice with no follow-up to my request to cancel my service.
