Enjoyed that others could respond and post pictures. Only issue is that it’s a little buggy at times. But definitely has less bugs that an year ago. So they have been making steady improvements. I get a "something has gone wrong" message asking me to contact them if I need support. Then when trying to contact support I get a message stating the site cannot be reached. And come to find out, my daughter didn’t get it because instead of going to her usual number, it went to her work number which is a landline that I never call. Went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and no pressure in making arrangements. Appreciate al they did 😊 ### 5/5 — Mom’s memorial was very memorable *2020-02-20, version 10.5* Mom’s visitation was only scheduled for 2 hours and the idea I had to honor her was very elaborate. Nevertheless the day I shared my idea of an Art exhibit, Nick said “no problem, I love the idea”. So the morning of her visitation Nick was there early helping us work the room; hanging up pictures, setting up easels and pedestals and organizing moms art work. When we return, Nick and the staff had arranged the flowers all around the exhibit making it feel like a real art gallery. I know my mom looked down and lived every minute. Honestly, Nick made it seem as though it was his family experiencing the loss and preparing the memorial. To me it doesn’t get more personal than that.
