They have been picking up my son consistently and on time. ### 4/5 — Improvements Made *2026-03-19* We’ve been with EverDriven for several years and have had issues in the past from late pick ups to drop offs at the wrong house. However, the past year has brought strong changes. Pickups and drop offs are on time; the driver is kind and caring; and communication with headquarters has improved. I’ve been happy with the new changes! ### 5/5 — Very Reliable! *2026-03-19* The EverDriven VIP App is awesome! It’s really easy to navigate! I like being able to see when my child’s driver is on the move, and when my child is dropped off, and picked up from school. The estimated pick up and drop off times are always accurate. I also like being able to cancel rides directly in the app, and not having to make a phone call! The EverDriven VIP App is a must have if you wanna stay in the know about you child’s trips to and from school! ### 4/5 — Friendly drivers *2026-03-19* The ETA is sometimes inconsistent, and the app should offer an easier way to contact the driver. After a few days they started no showing with absolutely no warning and I live a distance from the school so I had handicap children left alone unattended for an hour and many times the driver just doesn’t show and does not say they’re not going to show so you can make other arrangements and also I have random kids on my app so I can see the location of children. I have nothing to do with where they are where they’re being dropped that is extremely dangerous so I wonder how many random people had my children’s data if you doubt me send me a message and I’ll show you the proof extreme warning do not use. The app is terrible, don’t get notifications who the driver is or when they arrive then they leave and won’t send back the driver causing my child to miss school or be late. Wouldn’t recommend this service to my worst enemy!! Oh, and the consumer service is worse than their general service. They are horrible with communication, and my kid has been late to school several times because of them. I would avoid using this driving service all together due to the drivers. The customer service representatives are amazing however. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2025-10-09, version 2.4.4* I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by them. They have been consistently late every single day for both pickup and drop-off, causing my child to be tardy to school multiple times. This is unacceptable, especially when the primary role of a school transportation service is to ensure children get to school safely and on time. To make matters worse, there is no way to directly contact the drivers, which leaves parents completely in the dark. The app, which is supposed to provide real-time updates and tracking, is unreliable and inaccurate. It will often show that the driver has “arrived” when in reality they are still 15–20 minutes away. This kind of misinformation only adds more stress and confusion. I rely on this service for consistency and safety. Unfortunately, it has failed on both fronts. I also like that I can track the driver on the way to pick my child up and during the trip to and from school. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can follow my child’s ride every step of the way. I also like the new look on the app itself!
