Every single time. It's been like this for years, this has never been fixed. ### 5/5 — Excelente aplicación *2026-05-05, version 2.3.0* Siempre pendientes de que tanto el driver como los estudiantes estén bien ### 2/5 — Unreliable App *2026-04-20, version 2.3.0* The peace of mind of being able to track your child during transport along their route was snatched away with the recent update. The drivers are always late and pickup and drop off time always change and are never accurate. The only good things I can say about the app is that my child was assigned a permanent driver and she is great with my daughter. The convenience of them picking her up from my home and transporting her to school is awesome. However that is the only good thing that I can say. There have been several bad incidents that were not handled properly or timely and there have been times in which they were not able to locate my child while in the car with one of the drivers who didn’t report picking her up instead he reported her as a no show and transported her without us knowing and then he wouldn’t answer customer service calls when they reached out to him and he acted like he couldn’t speak English when I found them and confronted him. Nothing was done on EverDriven’s side to address it and he’s still employed with them. Find another way if you can. It’s not worth the hassle. ### 1/5 — Absolutely Awful *2026-03-17* Nothing works as intended and I do mean nothing. If EverDriven’s school district clients knew how bad this app is they would immediately drop EverDriven. That’s just the app, support is worthless. You already went there and waited and they cancel the whole thing and you don’t even get paid.
