Despite selecting students for pick-up or drop-off and completing the route, it still shows "To Stop" in the system. Dispatch blames drivers for not selecting "arrived," but even when done, the problem remains. This results in frequent calls to dispatch to close routes, which is frustrating and inefficient. ### 1/5 — Annoying *2023-05-16, version 1.1.4* Constantly logs me out in the middle of trips and face ID disables on its own so it’s hard for me to log back in while doing a run. The map doesn’t allow you to use Apple Maps which is also easier for me to connect to my car screen so I won’t have to constantly look down at my phone while driving when doing a rescue. The app also freezes whenever I try to mark clients as "no show". While this may be fine for a driver that has their route memorized, it leaves rescue drivers and drivers doing a new route blind. The app takes the driver to the general area, but it does not allow them to find the location in a densely populated area (e.g., apartment complex) or in situations where the location is in a GPS “black hole.” Developers: addresses are not optional. If EverDriven’s school district clients knew how bad this app is they would immediately drop EverDriven. That’s just the app, support is worthless. You already went there and waited and they cancel the whole thing and you don’t even get paid. And sometimes you’re done with your trips and you’re already home they send you a cancellation letter to cancel everything again you have to call or else they’ll pretend that nothing happens and you don’t get paid. ### 1/5 — Not optimized well at all *2024-04-25* Battery drains alarmingly fast while the app is open, which isn’t a huge issue because it’s used in my car where I always have a charger, but the main issue is that it causes my phone to overheat significantly which causes my phone to automatically lower screen brightness which while driving on a sunny day, while wearing sunglasses, means I can’t see it and picking up the phone while driving to look closely at it for directions is dangerous. ### 1/5 — Makes phone run unbelievably hot *2024-03-13* Drains battery quickly ### 1/5 — Not working properly *2023-08-02* The app has poor quality totally. - they didn’t apply session expiry time so the user session expires while I am driving so it makes me 😌 - their map integration is not that much working - totally it required app improvement!!! Map is not as good as it could be. ### 3/5 — Issues with accuracy of arrival *2024-01-22, version 1.3.5* App automatically shows you a new screen to select the student when you arrive to the location. Allows you to pick up student and drop off the student. You complete the route, the route disappears as if it’s been completed. You go back into the SP portal to check and it still shows “To Stop” meaning you haven’t arrived to the pick up location but the app is telling you different. Needing to call dispatch multiple times a day to close out routes is ridiculous. I ask them what’s happening and they tell me “the driver didn’t select they arrived”. This is not correct because I’ve done a route myself, precise location on, completed the route and it occurred as if I never “arrived”. ### 3/5 — Please add *2023-02-15, version 1.0.5* Please add the date and the price paid on this app. It was on the old app and worked out great. ### 3/5 — Funcionalidad. *2023-02-10, version 1.0.4* Deben de poner la dirección del punto A y punto B para así tener una idea de a donde dirigirnos y deben poner como opción poder elegir el mapa de predilección ya que el mapa de Apple no es muy exacto. Recomendación tener opción de usar la app en el Apple car play porque muchas veces observar el mapa en el teléfono constantemente puede ser distracción. ### 3/5 — The details of the trips are not detailed enough *2023-02-02, version 1.0.2* Please include the these in the details for each trip. It would be great to see the amount of money offered for each trip also the address of pick. I think it’s necessary to include those 2 things as the previous EverDriven app I was using had all of that information before accepting the trip. The only thing the details states is the name of the student and the time. If it offers the address then I would know when I would have to leave my home to arrive at an appropriate time. Other than that it’s very user friendly. ### 2/5 — Unreliable App *2026-04-20, version 2.3.0* The peace of mind of being able to track your child during transport along their route was snatched away with the recent update. The drivers are always late and pickup and drop off time always change and are never accurate. The only good things I can say about the app is that my child was assigned a permanent driver and she is great with my daughter. The convenience of them picking her up from my home and transporting her to school is awesome. However that is the only good thing that I can say. There have been several bad incidents that were not handled properly or timely and there have been times in which they were not able to locate my child while in the car with one of the drivers who didn’t report picking her up instead he reported her as a no show and transported her without us knowing and then he wouldn’t answer customer service calls when they reached out to him and he acted like he couldn’t speak English when I found them and confronted him. Nothing was done on EverDriven’s side to address it and he’s still employed with them. Find another way if you can.
