Seriously tho this app is really nice like I can’t believe how good this is, I learned how much time I waste scrolling through instagram and  TikTok without learning anything and consuming constantly. I think micro learning is really the way. You feel SATISFIED when u learn how  things is life.

Highly recommended for GenZ who has problems with doomscrolling social media! It fixed my phone addiction, and it has made my life better. I’m now more disciplined than ever.
