## What is Everest?

The app that allows all customers of Everest Coaching to follow up on their progress. 
The coaches will be able to communicate with you and follow up on your training schedule.
Graphic charts will allow you to get a visual representation of your workout regime.
The recipes catalogue will show you all the meals you should be making in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. 
Videos will be posted with more interesting exercises and other tips and tricks to keep performing at the peak of your potential.
