### 4/5 — Advice

*2026-08-07*

Great app overall! I just wanted to share a couple pieces of feedback:

1. Exercise history isn’t consistent between the Coach app and the Training app. It would be great if both apps displayed the same exercise history so coaches and clients are always seeing identical data.
2. The exercise progress chart could be much cleaner and easier to understand. Instead of having the months as the primary focus, I’d recommend displaying:

* Y-axis: Weight lifted
* X-axis: Each workout/session (or date completed)

This would make it much easier to see whether someone’s lifts are progressing over time and quickly identify strength improvements without the chart feeling cluttered.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the thoughtful feedback! We’re glad you’re enjoying the app overall. We understand how having consistent exercise history between the coach and client apps would make it easier for coaches and clients to stay aligned, and we also appreciate your suggestion for a clearer progress chart focused on weight lifted by workout or date. We’ll share both suggestions with our product team for consideration.

### 3/5 — Оптимізація

*2026-07-21, version 2.70*

Погана оптимізація застосунку, іноді потрібно закрити і ще раз відкрити застосунок щоб він відкрився правильно і все відображалося.

### 3/5 — Glitches regularly

*2026-07-03*

Unfortunately the app glitches alot, it freezes often and says I have no clients, I can’t retrieve messages and I regularly have to power off or uninstall/reinstall. It’s not the cheapest of apps to subscribe so it would be great if it could be fixed or updated a bit more regularly to warrant the cost to use it.

**Developer response:** We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing these issues. We understand how frustrating this must be, especially when it impacts your work with clients. Please reach out to us at support@everfit.io with more details so our team can investigate and help resolve the issue.

### 3/5 — Glitchy

*2026-04-22, version 2.59.2*

You can be halfway through putting a workout together and the app will glitch and you reopen it to find your workout gone, it’s most annoying, aside from that it works okay

### 3/5 — Strong Platform With a Few Important Workflow Improvements Needed

*2026-03-31, version 2.57.1*

Coming over from TrainHeroic after several years of using it to program training for both myself and clients, I’ve recently been evaluating Everfit as a potential long term platform for managing client programming and training delivery. Overall the system is strong, but there are a few usability issues that would significantly improve both the training and coaching experience if addressed.

First, it would be extremely helpful to give clients the ability to move workouts around within the weekly calendar. In the client app, users can see which workouts are scheduled on which days, and on the coaching side those workouts can be manually adjusted. However, clients themselves cannot drag or shift workouts to different days once they are assigned, aside from the “Move to Today” option on future workouts. This becomes problematic because most clients do not follow perfectly predictable schedules. Life happens, and it is common for someone to miss a planned workout day. Allowing clients to easily move workouts within their own calendar using a drag and drop system would make the training experience far more flexible and reflective of how people actually train.

If a client misses a scheduled workout and multiple days pass, the upcoming workouts continue populating according to the original schedule. This can result in missed sessions effectively disappearing from the training flow. Giving clients the ability to reschedule their own workouts within the calendar would help preserve those sessions and keep programs aligned with real world schedules.

Another issue is that workout updates do not automatically sync to the client’s program after changes are made in the coaching app. For example, if a program is assigned to a client and the coach edits that program afterward, those edits do not immediately appear in the client’s app. The current workaround is to remove the program and assign it again, which is time consuming on the coaching side and risks disrupting the client’s training log.

Another limitation is the restriction of only three tracking fields per exercise, such as weight, reps, and time. Increasing this limit would allow for more flexible programming. For example, it would be useful to track weight, reps, time, an end range hold duration, and RPE within the same exercise entry.

Another usability issue is how quickly the workout session resets if the user briefly leaves the app. If I start a workout and then lock my phone or open another app for a moment, Everfit quickly assumes the workout has stopped and prompts me with a “Resume Workout” message. In reality I often just check a message, open Spotify, or lock my screen between sets. Extending this inactivity window would make the workout flow feel much smoother and more aligned with how people actually train.

Another feature that would improve the coaching workflow is the ability to create default coaching notes or cues that automatically populate when an exercise is added to a workout. Currently, exercise instructions often need to be rewritten each time the exercise is programmed. Allowing coaches to attach persistent instructions to an exercise in the library would save programming time and ensure consistent coaching cues across different clients and programs.

Finally, one feature that would be great to see carried over from TrainHeroic is a readiness score or quick pre workout check in. When starting a workout, clients could quickly rate things like energy level, soreness, and sleep quality and receive a simple readiness score. This provides useful context for coaches when reviewing performance trends without adding much friction for the athlete.

Everfit does many things well, and the interface is generally clean and intuitive. Addressing the issues below would make the platform significantly stronger for coaches managing real world training schedules.

Feature request summary for developers
1. Drag and drop workout rescheduling within the weekly calendar for clients
2. Instant program sync when coaches edit assigned workouts
3. Increase exercise tracking fields from 3 to at least 5
4. Extend the inactivity window before a workout is considered paused
5. Add optional readiness score or pre workout check in
6. Allow persistent default coaching notes attached to exercises

### 3/5 — Everfit

*2026-03-11*

It’s a good app for programming with lots of exercises, have had to create a few but that’s ok.

It could do with a feature that prevents screenshotting workouts from clients so they can’t just send it to their friends and can be clunky at times a little slow to respond and prone to crashes that mean you have to start the programme again

Easier using the web app as there are several features not on the iPad app like creating programmes rather than just single workouts

You also can’t group workouts together for different clients rather they are presented as a list where th most recently prescribed workout is at the top. This means you always have to scroll right to the bottom to assign workouts to every client if done in the same order through the app.

**Developer response:** Glad to hear the exercise library has been useful for your programming. We appreciate your suggestions around screenshot prevention, app performance, and workflow improvements on the iPad app. We’ll share this with our product team as they continue working on improving the app experience.

### 4/5 — Missing features

*2026-03-04, version 2.54.3*

Please update the copy and paste to multiple days (not the week but the single work out). The master planner view where you select days (please have the opt to skip one week and select two weeks separately from each other) why is it so slow as well? Takes ages. And please allow longer videos to be shared in the chat as well.

### 3/5 — Decent app but crashes a lot

*2026-02-20*

Overall I really like the Everfit desktop platform and the client app for the features it offers. Thank you for continuing to improve your offering.
My biggest issue with this app is how frequently it crashes. Almost once every time I start the app it crashes and it also takes quite a long time to log me in.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your kind words about Everfit! We’re really glad to hear you’re enjoying the features on both the desktop platform and the client app. As for the coach app, we’re sorry about the crashes and slow login. Please reach out to us at support@everfit.io so we can look into this more closely and help resolve it.

### 2/5 — Creation Frustration

*2026-01-21*

Maybe it’s me. Creating workouts on the website is great! The app is beyond frustrating. If I want to add pre-created sections to a workout for my client I cannot figure out where they are. And on my iPad (app or website) I can’t drag and drop them into the workout creator. I just bought an iPad for my coaching and I can’t do the work I was planning to do on it!

**Developer response:** We totally understand how frustrating this is. At the moment, drag-and-drop isn’t supported on the web app when using an iPad, which is why you’re running into these issues. We’ve shared your feedback with our product team, and for now, we recommend creating workouts on a desktop or laptop where this feature is fully supported.

### 3/5 — Loading times

*2025-12-21*

Great app, just a bit annoying it takes long to load. Also if you exit out of it, it can refresh and load up again

**Developer response:** We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the app, and we appreciate you pointing this out. We understand how frustrating longer load times and unexpected refreshes can be, and we’re actively working on performance improvements. If this continues, feel free to reach out to our support team at support@everfit.io with details so we can take a closer look.

### 3/5 — Client management request

*2025-12-20, version 2.49.4*

It would be great to create Leads for the Marketplace so I can share the appropriate package for the client to sign up.

It would be great to be able to manage packages/payments from the app and not need to use the website.

### 3/5 — Overall pretty good

*2025-12-20, version 2.49.4*

App takes a while to load. I know that’s first world problems but it’s just a bit slow.

I wish the clients were able to use the app on desktop vs only mobile.

### 4/5 — Great but no dark mode

*2025-12-19*

We’ve asked for years and still no dark mode…

Otherwise, it’s a great app which is why still use it. But man all the bright white screens are brutal.

Hope yall get up to speed with dark mode in 2026

**Developer response:** Thanks for sticking with us and for sharing your thoughts. We hear you on dark mode, and we understand how tough the bright screens can be. While we can’t share timelines, your request is noted, and we appreciate you continuing to use the app and support us in the meantime.

### 4/5 — Missing features

*2025-12-17*

It’s has most of the features that you would need on a fitness app. Nutrition, exercise & other habit trackers are quite useful. From a client perspective, pretty damn good.

However, the app is missing a few features from the coach POV. Like simple things. You can archive clients but you can’t unarchive? Trying to edit the programs from your phone is a nightmare.

**Developer response:** We’re glad to hear the app works well for you from a client perspective and that the tracking features have been useful. We also appreciate you calling out the gaps on the coach side. Those points have been noted and will be shared with the team for consideration as we continue improving the coach experience.

### 3/5 — Auto-Progressions

*2025-11-18*

I’ve read through two years of request for automatic updates for client progressions.
As of today there is still no option except for the client to look at their history.
I like this app - for the most part and pricing is ok.
My issues:
1. In the middle (or beginning or end) of a workout we should not have to tell the client to go hunt for what they lifted their last session nor should we have to manually update if they send message us the info. That defeats the purpose.
Not every client wants to track their 1RM either and that is the closest this app has.
This needs to be an included feature at the most basic (free) level - or at the first paid tier if you feel you want to monetize that. The point of tracking on an app is for ease of use otherwise we could just carry photocopied sheets with us and write it down. Why this hasn’t been added yet is puzzling. I personally prefer to use photocopied sheets at this point for my own workouts until this is added and my clients have complained regularly which makes me consider switching apps. It’s a shame too because Everfit has other great features but they are mostly extras my clients may want later. Many of us and my clients don’t need more recipes and meal plans only - we need to have a way to track better. If we want the history, it’s available.

2. Adding My Fitness Pal is not a smooth addition. It should have a quick link and easy for the client.

**Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We understand how important seamless tracking of client progressions during a workout is, and we hear your concerns about having to manually reference past sessions or updates. We also appreciate your feedback regarding MyFitnessPal integration. Your suggestions will be shared with our team for consideration as we continue to improve the app’s functionality.

### 3/5 — Client Feedback

*2025-08-08*

Two pieces of feedback from a couple of my clients —

1) The number of clicks the user has to make to participate in a workout. There is a lot of user interaction that has to happen in order to complete a workout. If I assign a rep range to a client, it either defaults to the lower end of the range or they have to stop their workout and manually adjust the rep count in order to move forward, rather than just allowing the rep range to be the rep range. They have to click to start each section, click to complete/mark off each exercise, click to end each section, click to move to the next section— and so on and so forth. It’s a lot of wasted time during the workout.

2) Showing the workout movements while you’re actually doing them is extremely helpful for form. Yes there are videos included with most exercises, but they have to perform another click to watch the video then navigate back to complete the exercise and/or section. Providing them with an option to have a video playing while they are performing. The exercise would be super helpful, especially for those clients that are new or to exercise, or need help with form and technique in real time.

**Developer response:** Thanks for sharing detailed feedback from your clients! We’ll pass along your suggestions about reducing clicks during workouts and enabling videos to play while exercising to our product team for review.

### 2/5 — Not fully functional

*2025-04-24*

I don’t really see the point of this app if you can’t do everything you do online on mobile version.
Firstly, why can’t I upload a form to a task on the mobile app? I have to go on the online version to do so

Secondly, my clients can only see/move workouts week by week? (Monday-Sunday) Their workout weeks go from weds-Tuesday. Makes no sense why they can’t move workouts to a different week or view past/upcoming weeks. Extremely limiting

Thirdly, the MFP integration hardly works half the time. I know my clients are tracking because they send me screenshots of it on their MFP, yet, it doesn’t reflect in the app. That’s the only reason I bought this app was so I can see my clients tracked macros and I can’t even see it half the time.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your review and for sharing your feedback. We truly value your insights and would like to address the points you've mentioned.

1) Uploading Forms to Tasks on Mobile: Currently, this feature is available on the desktop version. However, we understand the need for it on mobile and are actively working on improving mobile functionality for a more seamless experience.

2) Moving Workouts and Viewing Past/Upcoming Weeks: Clients can move workouts to a different week and view both past and upcoming weeks, as long as the settings allow them to do so. If they're having trouble, we recommend ensuring those settings are enabled to unlock these features.

3) MFP Integration Issues: We understand how crucial tracking macros is for you and your clients. Sometimes, there may be delays due to several reasons, and we suggest reaching out to our support team at support@everfit.io so we can help identify the specific issue with each client’s integration.

We appreciate your patience as we continue to improve, and if you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Actually unusable

*2026-07-06*

When this app is working it’s great, but sometimes it is so glitchy and crash happy that it straight up can’t be used. Nothing is more frustrating than spending copious amounts of time entering meal plans and workout programming only to have it not saved and be instantly deleted once you hit the submit button. A nightmare for coaches trying to meet deadlines with programming and keep track of clients.
STAY AWAY.

**Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how frustrating it is when issues disrupt your workflow, especially after spending time creating meal plans and workout programs. Please reach out to us at support@everfit.io with more details so our team can investigate and assist you further.

### 1/5 — An awful experience

*2026-07-03*

The app takes ages to load pages at times. Adding workouts to clients is a harder than needs be task. So many of the features that make everfit okay on the web platform don’t exist in the app right now either. It’s the worst fitness app I have used. I definitely feel stronger about that statement given as they tout theirselves as the “the most powerful fitness app” powerful at not delivering for sure. Trainerize and truecoach are a lot better and far more established

**Developer response:** We're sorry to hear that Everfit hasn't met your expectations, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how frustrating slow loading times and the differences between the web and mobile experience can be, and our team is actively working to improve both performance and feature parity. If you're open to it, please reach out to us at support@everfit.io with more details about the issues you've encountered so we can investigate further and share your feedback directly with our product team.

### 1/5 — Avoid like aids

*2026-04-07*

Having the unique position of a professional developer of 17 years and a qualified PT I have used this app for just under a year and can confidently say what was an app that showed promise is now an utter sack of s..t.

Features added have made the app worse!

For instance the barcode scanning took months to be added and then the DB is only for America making it useless for UK clients.

Why release a global feature that is only available for one continent?

The app crashes continuously, fails to load clients on a regular basis, does not consistently or correctly show PBs for clients at the end of their work out in the summary.

I have reported all issues to the developers including poor release notes on what’s changed but they simply do not care enough to do anything about it or have enough professional standards to care.

This app should be avoided at all costs

**Developer response:** Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. Feature availability (like barcode scanning) can vary by region, which can impact how useful it is outside certain markets. For items like PBs and workout summaries, there can be a short delay as data finishes processing. We’re continuing to work on improving stability, performance, and overall consistency across the app, as well as how updates are communicated.

### 1/5 — What’s the point?

*2025-06-12, version 2.36*

I feel like we should be able to adjust our programs and make other edits to programs if we are on the road or away from our laptop, but the only thing we can do is see the client data being tracked, which is kind of pointless if we can’t make any adjustments to it if need be.

### 1/5 — No cooling off period.

*2025-04-15*

I requested a refund as I found Everfit Pro to be not what the website says it was online, their website said it had more features than I could use and didn’t have what I was needing in my small business. I need the $30.75 a lot more than this massive company does, and I am disappointed in the misinformation of what the plan offered and the lack of cooling off period. I am just upset that over an hour of my pay has gone to something that I can’t use witching my small business. I wish there was a cooling off period. I won’t be using Everfit again and I don’t recommend it to other personal training businesses. Save your money and go with another platform who respect and value their customers.

**Developer response:** Hi there, we're truly sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. It’s never our intention to cause disappointment, especially when you're investing your hard-earned money into tools for your business.

We strive to be as transparent as possible about our features and plans, so we're genuinely sorry if anything on our website felt misleading. Your feedback about a cooling-off period is completely valid and has been shared with our team for future consideration, we always want to do better.

If you'd be open to it, we’d really appreciate the chance to learn more about what you were expecting and how we fell short. Please feel free to reach out to us at support@everfit.io, we’d love to try and make things right.

Wishing you and your business all the best moving forward.

### 1/5 — Dont Buy Everfit

*2025-01-07*

I don’t recommend EverFit as a coaching platform. It’s one of the most expensive options, and every feature comes with an extra cost. While the app looks nice, many features don’t work properly, which is frustrating.

The worst issue is the support team. No matter how detailed your explanation is—whether you attach screenshots or videos—their responses are unhelpful and completely unrelated to your problem. It’s exhausting trying to get support, and eventually, you just give up or look for another platform.

The so-called personalized branding is another big letdown. On cheaper platforms (around $60 to $70), your clients can download an app with your logo and brand name. On EverFit, they charge the same $60-$70, but your clients still see the EverFit branding underneath your logo. If you want full branding—your logo and brand name without EverFit’s name—it costs an outrageous $4,000-$5,000.

EverFit is disappointing and overpriced. Think it through carefully before purchasing, as there are far better options out there.

### 1/5 — Time consuming

*2024-09-06*

Crashed as I was inputting a program and didn’t save

### 1/5 — Too expensive

*2024-07-24*

Love how it looks and most features, but its very unfair that they charge you more if you have more clients. It should be like any other subscription just one fixed monthly fee regardless of the amount of clients you have 👎🏼 Also they charge like Spirit, they have LOTS of ADD ONS, like the payment thing automated its not included on the membership , is extra 🙄 i actually think this is very expensive, basically we are working for them. Superset Pro is just $75 for UNLIMITED clients 😍 >>>>

### 1/5 — App

*2023-09-25*

App just crashes when trying to upload exercises.

### 2/5 — App is buggy asf

*2026-02-20*

I’ve been using EverFit as both a nutrition and strength coach for almost a year now. While the functionality is expansive, there are some key misses that have me running to find other options. The biggest one is the app is BUGGY. The messenger function is probably the weakest part of the application—messages will get “stuck” and either not send at all, or I have to wait 30 seconds for the message to appear as sent. The same has been reported from clients trying to send me messages, that they just do not go through. And this is not a one-off, but has been happening for months. If you can’t message your client and have a seamless back-and-forth, then how can you build the relationship? This is the core function between coach and athlete. There is no ability to “react” to client messages, and voice memos are limited to 1 minute and do not have automatic transcription. Additionally, the search in messages is very weak. I have a lot to say about the training and nutrition functions as well. I would say that EverFit is useable but not for delivering a premium coaching experience good for BOTH the client and the coach. I need to move on from this app and find something much better.

**Developer response:** Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about the messaging issues, and we understand how frustrating this must be. Our team is actively working on improving app performance and features, and we’d really appreciate the opportunity to look into this further with you. Please feel free to reach out to us at support@everfit.io so we can gather more details and assist directly.

### 5/5 — Best app out there

*2026-02-01*

My wife and I went through so many different apps for our business and found that this was the best one. Highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Great platform!

*2026-01-20*

As a coach, Everfit makes programming and service delivery efficient and flexible. The platform allows me to design structured programs while also offering a wide variety of services—on-demand workouts, mobility sessions, habit tracking, messaging, and live support—all in one place. The interface is intuitive, the flow is smooth, and everything looks professional, which saves time and elevates the coaching experience.

From a client’s perspective, Everfit is an excellent all-in-one platform. Everything is easy to access in one place: workouts, guidance, progress tracking, communication, and support. The app looks great, is simple to use, and flows naturally, making it easy to stay consistent and engaged with training and healthy habits.

### 5/5 — Great

*2026-01-19*

Great app, makes it so much easier to manage clients being able to access from my phone

### 5/5 — Game changing app, constant improvements

*2026-01-19*

As I coach, I really enjoy this app. The developers do a great job taking in feedback and updating the app regularly with improvements. The platform makes it easy for me to create workouts, imbed my own videos, organize data, and message my clients seamlessly through the app. It really feels like I am a part of their training sessions as I follow along virtually. My clients also enjoy the animal facts, trophies, and data analytics! I have better client retention than I did before using Everfit because my clients really enjoy the app and the improved quality of interaction with me as their coach. It is a decently priced product that I recommend to any coach looking to improve the way they deliver their training programs.

### 5/5 — Qualità eccezionale

*2025-07-16, version 2.40*

Una delle migliori app mai provate. Ha tutto ciò che serve ad un coach e ai suoi atleti per il monitoraggio dei workout.

### 5/5 — Please please make the app able to landscape!

*2025-02-19*

I do everything through my iPad, and because it’s attached to a keyboard I use it like a computer. I have to hold my heavy iPad while using the app instead of using it on a desk like a laptop. Otherwise, I love the app!

### 5/5 — The best personal training app out there!

*2025-01-23*

Love the features. However app the slightly slow to load. I’m assuming it’s because I’m based in India and the servers are somewhere else. If the development team could look into that. That would be a major improvement for me and others in the region.
