Power is sold when there is negative FIT, bought when price are surging. When you seek support, they blame it on your Inverter OEM. My system worked much better when I cut off Evergen’s automation control. It lags hours behind actual input so useless. I’ll use the Tesla app instead. ### 2/5 — Too many Outages *2023-09-17, version 2112.19* I’ve had this system for 4 years now and it still is frequently out and my system ‘s status is not visible. Today it got worse as the chat function stopped working as well! Also the system status when it is working lags by up to an hour at times in its reporting view. It needs a lot more work. I get quite annoyed when I hear of friends who have solar systems and who’s well their online views work so well. The solution sometimes is to reload the App but I don’t see that as appropriate.
