I ordered from them nearly 4 months ago and I have yet to receive my order. They sent email after email claiming they shipped my order but couldn’t produce a tracking #. Then when they did it hadn’t been shipped yet. Then they sent me a “delivered” notification in an email a month later and it showed the wrong address!! When I emailed them and told them they delivered it to the wrong address after making sure that I put the right address they said they would send me a new order. However that was in February and I still have nothing. They have my money and I have nothing. They won’t send me an order or refund my money! They are crooks!! Don’t order anything from these people do not trust them. I also used PayPal and they are not standing my their guarantee either. I’m furious! I’m going to contact the BBB for both companies because this is ridiculous and horrible. I have proof 100% proof that it was delivered to the wrong address and no one will help.
