I can also send a message to customer service any hour and they will get back in 1-3 business days. It’s convenient and my preferred method of banking. Especially for travel, or on-the-go lifestyle. I use my phone and the Evergreen credit union app to do all of my banking from home. The voiceover on on the Evergreen credit union list of accounts is horrendous. It scrolls and will not stop until you randomly pick one. It takes about five minutes for me to find the exact account that I would like to work from. I’ve asked at Evergreen and they said they were looking into it and it is now been 2 to 3 years. I would love to have that fixed to make it run like the other banks that I am involved with.
