The updated app now decides I will tip 15% so I have to delete the tip then re-add at 10% or 20% if I don’t agree with what Evergreen’s has decided for me.

The new app also allows me to save and name a Favorite item, but I can’t find it to re-order next time. The prior app let me go straight to what I ordered last time and just quickly re-order it.

My number one complaint for most on line purchases these days is a default to 20% tip for take out items. I am happy to tip 20% when I choose to, but resent having that decided for me.

I like the app in general however not having an Apple Pay option is painful to deal with. Yes I can save a credit card in the app but I don’t like to do that due to security.

I was forced to use this painful app because the location won’t answer their phone. It took 15 minutes from start to finish to place an order.  Get to the end and they don’t take Apple Pay, so I had to enter a credit card and I only have two options: save the card with rewards or save the card without rewards. Here’s an idea: how about you don’t save my card at all? You can’t write an efficient app, no way I trust your IT to not immediately have a data breach and expose my CC to the world. 

Never buying from them again.

don’t get me wrong. i love evergreens and the app seems to work almost all the time. unfortunately, in the midst of a stressful time pinch I couldn’t get a new credit card registered. I know it wasn’t the credit card itself — it just seemed a little buggy, a little less robust trying pay using a new card.

It wouldn’t let me turn off the “reward” of 50% off a salad until I signed up and made an account and then when i did, it automatically turned off the reward that I previously couldn’t turn off and I missed it. Super annoying.

This place can’t handle online ordering and managing in store purchase well. You’ll receive half size portions and poor service.

For years I’ve used this app twice a week for my orders. 
But this week it stopped working, giving me this error. Even after a clean re-install, still getting it. 

“Error: The operation couldn't be completed. (Paytonix error 4.)”

The app is pretty frustrating to use and will not win any awards. It's super basic. But what really infuriates me is the lack of option to have dressing mixed in from the app, resulting always in dressing in a plastic cup... more waste and less good overall. It really seems like there was no actual testing of this app at all with real people because this is incredibly basic stuff and a fundamental question you're asked every time if you order in person. Beyond its simplicity, it's also buggy... like editing an item in cart loses previous options. It's just not what you expect from an app in 2024.

It would not allow me to choose a different store to receive my order from but forced me to use a particular one.

So when I set up my rewards, signed up.  I set my preferred store.  But somehow my order goes to another store when I ordered.  Then when I placed my order and saw “order placed”.  Guess what?   It was rejected because the card input in the app, which was correct didn’t have the code… which I placed in when I registered the app.  Awesome.  Now I don’t have time to eat my food between flights.
