## What is Everheld?

Everheld is a beautiful memory journal for the moments that mattered first.

Most journals ask you to write every day. Everheld asks only for the moments you do not want to forget. A first snowfall. A first quiet morning. The afternoon something shifted. A place, a photo, a date, and a few words can be enough.

Your memories stay personal. Everheld is built for private reflections. Mark sensitive memories as private. Return to past years, see places on a map, and revisit the shape of a year when you are ready.

What you can do
• Save personal memories with dates, seasons, places, and photos.
• Keep private memories behind device authentication.
• Use iCloud sync so your memories can follow your Apple devices.
• Search and browse your timeline by year.
• Create beautiful share images from memories when you choose.

Everheld Premium
• Everheld Premium unlocks more room and richer ways to look back. Add more photos to each memory, open your memory map, unlock additional themes, revisit photos from the same date in past years, and see an animated Year in Review.
• Premium is available as a monthly subscription with a 7 day free trial for eligible users. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.

Privacy
Everheld does not run an account system and does not sell your memories. Your memories are stored on device and, when iCloud is enabled by iOS, in your private iCloud storage.
