I only see “Your install step is not completed” but there is no additional details about the daily or any option to troubleshoot. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, have no issues logging in from a browser. Finally got it to work after additional reinstall and found the functionality to be utterly minimal. No way that I can find to add expenses. The web app is solid and the developers are fairly responsive. As a user of nearly every major productivity app they all have short comings. Some of the drawbacks of the mobile are actually design decisions on the web app (such as how time entries are not discrete and combine in day-at-time blobs) but once you learn to read the codes to track time you can get a solid picture of time spent. The major adoption thing for us now is the same as other reviews in that tasks don’t show up on mobile search well (sometimes not at all) until the timer has been activated elsewhere. It makes it very difficult for our team to go on a project and start the next task. However, flipping between already open logs is smooth and once synched we have had good luck. It’s not a full featured app and is user (as opposed to manager) oriented but that is fine with me. The purpose of a time tracking app is to track time and this does so well. If search worked reliably after task creation in ClickUp I would add another star. ### 2/5 — Need search by project *2019-05-24* Need to be able to search by project and show all the tasks available. It’s hard to use this app for time tracking. ### 3/5 — Barely adequate *2019-05-03* It’s just enough to say they have an app and it gives users enough functionality on mobile. But it doesn’t have any reports, even basic ones. Doesn’t work offline at all (with syncing when reconnected). Not nearly as robust as Toggl app. Besides the service itself has too many limitations, some odd e.g. doesn’t count seconds, only minutes, if one email was used on a project that same email can’t be used on another project, not good at syncing btwn integrations and webapp, browser extension etc. Weird limits such as this. ### 4/5 — Good, but... *2019-03-14, version 1.0.1* Please add activity and statistic of all team for admin users ### 1/5 — App needs a lot of work *2019-01-11* Wow what a horrible app. I tried to link this app with my companies CRM and non of the tasks show up, at least on the app. They should really put more effort on making sure it works probably before launching and wasting people’s time. ### 3/5 — Bare bones *2018-11-26* App allows you to add and edit time, but not tasks or projects. I would recommend choosing an iPhone only option in your app center while searching Everhour ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2018-08-24* This app functions nothing like the website. There is a specific way that the website makes you enter time and this app doesn’t do it the same way. So that’s very frustrating. It’s also almost impossible to find the projects that I’m working on unless it’s a recent one. I cannot find a card I just entered and no way to refresh. Just like the website this app is horrible.
