Also be good if the calendar would show days you have scanned into the gym. When I did this it told me I’d used incorrect password. I’ve used the same one for years with no problems . When I clicked on “forgotten password”it sent me to a site I didn’t recognise. I tried changing the password and it told me I had tried to log in too many times. I’ve tried deleting and restarting app..doesn’t work! I have got classes booked for incoming week but am now unable to check on these or book any new ones. When I click on app support it says this app doesn’t exist any more. ### 1/5 — Not user friendly *2026-05-18, version 11.6.2* This app is the least user friendly app I have had the displeasure of using. There is no option to track or view your visits to the gym, if you want to book a class the icon takes you to the website outside the app, this info is also not included in the calendar in the app there’s no options to see gym opening times or how busy a gym is, if you’re a champion member finding out how many credits remain is also not easy to locate. Because of this I have to use the website to book classes instead. I have my first class on Monday and I’m concerned I won’t be able to access the gym if the app continues to block my login. From their feedback I decided to also join. On my first day a booked onto a Pilates class and met Ellie for a consultation,had a full body scan and discussed what I wanted. Ellie is great, put me at ease, tbh we got on so well, I’m looking forward to working towards my goals. Highly recommend her. Before I left I spoke to Errol who sorted out my app login, added. My Blue light card onto my account as I forgot when I signed up.
