This happened every time I try to save my profile, the screen goes blank, and I had to restart my iPAD. I can’t even scroll or upload anything since it’s too slow and ends up freezing the screen. I felt this was misleading so I ended up deleting my account. Not worth it. And there’s no point reaching out to them because take forever to respond… So please, don’t download this app! **Developer response:** Hello! After that it said I don’t have an active account so I can’t even log in, even though I do (or did?) have one and have paid for a subscription. I’ve tried contacting them for a refund and it’s been crickets. So I got charged for literally nothing and it says no account found when I try logging in.
