Fai un ordine scegli un giorno e un orario a un determinato costo di consegna e sei fortunato se ti arriva dopo diversi giorni pagando ovviamente di più le spese di consegne perché in giorni e fasce orarie diverse da quelle scelte all inizio. Il fatto di non sapere minimamente quando e se mai ti arriverà la spesa sei in balia degli eventi creando problemi logistici importanti. Contatti il call center solo tramite chat perché non è possibile parlare al telefono e l’unica cosa che sanno fare è darti un buono da €5 da usare su una spesa successiva cosa che chiaramente non succederà mai dopo l’esperienza avuta più e più volte. Chiedi di essere contatto dallo shopper per gli eventuali cambi dei prodotti e scegli di essere richiama ma nessuno ti richiama al che tempestivamente lo comunichi all app che ti dice che ormai la spesa è stata fatta e anche in questo caso il prodotto ti arriva ovviamente sbagliato e ti fanno un buono che non copre neanche il costo del prodotto men che meno l’aumento del costo di consegna e sempre per un ordine successivo. La maggior parte delle volte la metà dei prodotti non è disponibile e mi chiedo come sia possibile. Fatto sta che sono dei ladri,incompetenti e del tutto inefficienti. Non lo consiglio a nessuno dovrebbero solo sparire da qualsiasi piattaforma, cosa che spero accada in fretta. Ah e un altra cosa se chiedi di avere il rimborso sulla carta ti dicono che non possono appunto per confermare il fatto di essere dei comuni ed inutili truffatori come tanti. ### 1/5 — Extremely slow app *2024-10-15* There is no reason this app should be this slow. ### 1/5 — Zero customer service, anti-disability *2024-03-11* When I saw this finally pop up in Italy as an option to deliver groceries to my first floor apartment, I was absolutely thrilled as a disabled individual. However, after trying them around five times, four out of five of those times I either had to deal with really poor customer service, or someone who would not actually bring the bags up to the first floor in my building, which I literally physically cannot do. They are also very dishonest about their promotions, and have ridiculous cut offs to their coupons. When I went to complain to them that this was what was going on, they didn’t just say “oh, sorry,” they literally didn’t respond at all. Period. I’d give them a zero if I didn’t get any food but I did get some of my order that was correct and they picked the veggies well on two out of five of my orders so I’ll give them 1 out of five. use the grocery stores’ apps, don’t use this ever. **Developer response:** Dear Customer, we're sorry to read you did not have a positive experience with us.
