## What is Everlift?

Everlift is a workout tracker built by lifters who got tired of every other app's missing features and quietly wrong math. It's mechanically honest — your volume, set counts, and records are the real numbers, never rounded or inflated.

Most trackers log the same sets and reps. Here's what Everlift does that they don't:

THE DETAILS OTHER TRACKERS MISS

• One-Tap Logging — The keypad never closes between sets. One tap logs the set, auto-starts your rest, and jumps to the next set pre-filled from your history — so an unchanged set logs in a single tap, and a 3-set exercise drops from ~21 taps to 8. Other trackers close the keypad and make you reopen it every set.
• Lock-Screen Rest Controls — −15s, Skip, and +15s act right on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, without ever launching the app (iOS 17+). Matches your light or dark theme.
• Per-Hand Volume Math — A 30 lb dumbbell curl is 60 lb of volume per rep. You're holding two. Everlift counts both hands, so your volume is actually right.
• Honest Set Counts — A drop-set counts as one working set, not three. Your totals reflect real work, and volume stays exact.
• Micro-Loading — Fractional-lb plates plus 1.25 lb / 0.5 kg quick-adjust, with no silent rounding of your weights.
• Estimated 1RM, Honestly — Your e1RM is charted as a trend over months, never faked as a PR. Only real max weight, reps, and volume earn a record.
• Search That Finds It — Type "skull crusher" and get Lying Tricep Extension. Type "rdl" and get Romanian Deadlift — the lift you meant, first.
• Per-Exercise Rest Memory — 3 min for squats, 90s for curls. The timer remembers per exercise, not one global default.

COACHING THE BIG APPS LEAVE OUT

• Deload Reminders — Train several weeks straight and Everlift suggests a deload before you stall.
• Plateau Detection — Auto-flags a lift stuck for 6+ sessions and prescribes a fix: deload, more volume, or a variation.
• Muscle Recovery Calendar — Green, yellow, red per muscle group so you train what's ready today.
• Real-Time Coaching Chips — Per-exercise hints mid-workout based on your recent performance.

THE BASICS, DONE RIGHT AND OUT OF YOUR WAY

Fast set logging with an auto rest timer, effort logging your way (RPE 6-10 or RIR 0-4 — pick a scale in Settings, or leave it off), supersets, drop sets, rest-pause sets, warmups, templates, a plate calculator, and 400+ pre-loaded exercises plus your own. Three independent PR types — weight, reps, volume. Available in 9 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese.

THE PROGRESS THAT MATTERS

• Progressive-overload status per exercise — progressing, stalling, or declining
• Weekly volume trends and a frequency heatmap
• Your strongest-lifts leaderboard
• Per-exercise history with PRs and 1RM charts
• Monthly recap and shareable cards for PRs and workouts
