I’ve rebooted everything, uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app, tried it on my iPad, my iPhone. Nothing works, it shuts down everytime. ### 1/5 — Stay Away *2026-07-28* This company feels like it’s ran by amateurs or children. The customer service stinks. The equipment is faulty. They answer to inquiries “in the order received,” which ends up sometimes a couple of weeks later. So if that’s true they have even bigger problems. This new App looks better but is very buggy with the spinning wheel of death when trying to view calendar events. EverLights have been one problem after another since day one. $17,000 installation by EverLights and said 3 years later after a failure with the equipment that the piece “should be placed inside the building” because the humidity would keep causing failure. THEY INSTALLED IT! They’re in over their heads and struggle with Low IQ based on some of the things that come out of their own mouths or are written in emails like a twelve year old.
