## What is EverList?

Plan smarter. Shop cheaper. Eat better.

EverList is the meal-planning + shopping-list app for households that want
to spend less time wandering grocery aisles and more time actually eating.
Type a meal, get a shopping list with real Kroger prices, swipe through
your aisles in order, and see exactly where your grocery money goes.

  THE PLANNER
  • Weekly meal planner with Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snack slots for
every day. Context-aware quick-add shows your most-used items for the slot
  you're filling.
  • Type a meal name and EverList builds the full shopping list. Type a dish
like "Hamburgers" and we extract every ingredient — patties, buns, cheese,
pickles, mustard — for you to review and edit before saving.
  • Holiday meals: type "Thanksgiving" or "Christmas" and get a complete dish
list. Pick the ones you want and we'll generate ingredients for each.
  • Snack-aware extraction: popcorn means microwave popcorn + butter
  seasoning, not raw corn kernels.

  REAL PRICES, REAL STORES
  • Live prices from the Kroger API for your local store. See sale chips,
compare name brand vs. store brand, track organic options.
  • Multi-store comparison (Pro): EverList checks prices across Kroger, Aldi,
Walmart, and more and assigns each item to the cheapest store
  automatically.
  • Smart shopping lists: items grouped by store, sorted by department,
estimated total updates as you shop.

  EVENTS — REUSABLE SHOPPING BUNDLES
  • Camping trip. Game day. Beach weekend. Build the list once, apply it to
  any week in one tap.
  • Type a dish like "tacos" inside an event and EverList extracts the
  ingredients into the bundle.

  BUDGET + ANALYTICS
  • Set a weekly budget, record shopping trips, see your spending history.
  • Monthly trends, store breakdown, top items, meal-planning habits, brand
  preferences, savings from sale items.

  CLOUD SYNC + PREFERENCES
  • Sign in with Google or Apple to sync across devices.
  • Prefer name-brand mustard but store-brand cheese? Set per-item brand and
organic preferences that persist across all your future lists.
  • Household essentials: cleaning supplies, toiletries, pet supplies —
  Kroger-priced and categorized.

  PRICING
  • Free tier: weekly planner, saved meals, holiday detection, basic shopping
   list.
  • Plus ($4.99 one-time): 10 smart extractions/week, 1 holiday meal/month,
  brand preferences.
  • Pro ($2.99/mo or $24.99/yr): unlimited extractions, multi-store comparison, household
essentials, cloud sync. Plus purchases credit 2 free months toward Pro.

  PRIVACY
  • Your meal plans, shopping lists, and budget data stay private. We don't
sell your grocery habits to advertisers.
  • Smart features (meal extraction, holiday generation, recipe lookup) send
only the text you trigger them with to Google's Gemini API — nothing about
  your account, location, or history.
  • Local-first by default; sign in only when you want cloud sync.
