## What is EverMore So?

Find your clarity. Build the career that's actually yours.

Career coaching built for people who want direction and depth over endless optimization.

You've built something real. But work can feel like a series of moves without meaning—wins that don't add up, feedback that doesn't land, promotions that feel hollow. EverMore is here for the moment when you're ready to understand what you actually want instead of what you're supposed to want.

NORTH STAR
Define your career vision rooted in your values, interests, and the kind of life you actually want to build and leave behind at work. This is your guiding light.

COACHING
Role-play interviews, prepare for feedback, navigate difficult conversations, and get support when it matters most.

REFLECTIONS
A private career journal preserving wins, lessons, and struggles. Reflection turns everyday moments into lasting insight.

THE MIRROR
Ask anything to reveal the patterns, strengths, blockers, and opportunities hidden within your career story. Uncover what's actually driving your decisions.

DAILY INSIGHT
Start each day grounded. Your EverMore coach shares a personalized greeting based on reflections, chats, and patterns it's seeing.

You shouldn't have to figure it out alone.

The structures that once helped are eroding. Managers are stretched thin, mentorship is inconsistent, and career coaching is often expensive and episodic. More pressingly: nobody's helping you figure out how to get what *you* actually want. EverMore is here for that gap.

The best part?
EverMore is yours.

A space that stays with you, job to job—collecting, curating, and understanding your story without judgment. There's no employer access, no model training, no starting over. Just a living record of insights, lessons, and growth that belongs to you.

### 5/5 — Finally have direction in my career

*2026-09-25*

It’s easy to have goals, like “I want to be a manager or a director” or working toward a single promotion at a time. They’re all so short sighted. Having a direction toward something long term is much better and now I have it! I know what I want, I can actually articulate it in my resume and interviews, and I love chatting with the coaches to make sure I show up the way I intend to in my career. No one teaches you this and EverMore makes it easier right from my phone!

### 5/5 — Instantly a Better Manager

*2026-09-24*

I’ve been using Evermore since it started. Being able to prep for 1:1s and tough conversations with my coaches has made those meetings SO much more productive. I feel like a better manager every time I use evermore and my team sees it too.
