### 5/5 — Finally have direction in my career

*2026-09-25*

It’s easy to have goals, like “I want to be a manager or a director” or working toward a single promotion at a time. They’re all so short sighted. Having a direction toward something long term is much better and now I have it! I know what I want, I can actually articulate it in my resume and interviews, and I love chatting with the coaches to make sure I show up the way I intend to in my career. No one teaches you this and EverMore makes it easier right from my phone!

### 5/5 — Instantly a Better Manager

*2026-09-24*

I’ve been using Evermore since it started. Being able to prep for 1:1s and tough conversations with my coaches has made those meetings SO much more productive. I feel like a better manager every time I use evermore and my team sees it too.
